Poor quality , leaks smoke everywhere and the rails came in bent. The coating on the actual grill is poorly applied. You can tell they build these in such high volume that they suffer from quality control.

Grills that are well loved and well used - as often as possible - are subject to extremes that eventually lead to completed use. This is normal. I have seen other models come and go, rise and fade in popularity, but my Weber Performer is my gold standard. Anytime of year, under any conditions, I can be seen out back grilling. I know I will always have a Weber, and this workhorse is the most trusted steed in the stable - gas started charcoal. Thanks, Weber! - Seth, Smyrna, GA

I love this grill! It is a great system to light your charcoal without using lighter fluid! I had been using propane for the last 15 years and decided to switch back to charcoal and I am very happy with my choice. The first time I used it, my next door neighbor?s 5 year old boy yelled over ?Mr. Brian your new grill smells great!? Food cooks way faster on charcoal and tastes much better as well. I could not be happier with my decision to by this grill. You can?t beat the quality of a Weber, my last grill (a Silver Genesis by Weber) lasted me somewhere between 15 and 20 years. I wanted a new one for years but the old one just kept working year after year.

It's been a long time since I'd owned a Weber Kettle Grill and, although I found them useful in the past, I thought I could take it or leave it. Recently, I had a need for a new grill and I wanted a charcoal grill because gas just doesn't cut it. I found the Performer Deluxe Grill and I thought, "This is what I've been waiting for!" I ordered the grill, it got here and I love it. It's easy to use and the gas igniter works a thousand times better than I expected it to. My only quibble with the Performer Deluxe is that the charcoal bin that fits underneath the table is unbalanced and of no practical use. I'm amazed that out of a product this good, someone slipped such terrible design past everyone else. However, I can keep my charcoal in the garage and so, I don't miss the charcoal bin at all. Beyond that, this grill exceeds every expectation I had for it and I heartily recommend this grill to anyone interested in taking their grilling experience to the next level.

Grill is great. It's very portable, it heats up quickly and holds the heat. A small amount of coals goes a long way. Perfect for indirect grilling. If the weather hadn't turned cold and rainy I would have been grilling a lot more. It's a joy.

The grill is extremely functional. It was easy to assemble, easy to start, easy to extinguish. The craftsmanship makes it a welcome addition to backyard decor and the food that comes off of it makes the perfect meal!

This is the third Performer Deluxe I have owned since this line came out. With reasonable care they last forever! Buy this model because I love charcoal and the gas charcoal start feature.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
