Ash canister not as good as previous models that allowed you to turn handle to left to release canister with ashes. My new performer is very difficult to squeeze handle and pull down to remove canister. Prior design was much better. Vent on top extremely loose, must constantly move to open position, closes often when it should be open.

I've never been much of a griller but I'm enjoying this grill. I mostly burn everything. However, I'm doing much better with my deluxe Weber. I really like the built in gas lighter idea and using a chimney to start the charcoal. The bag holder is great as well. It was easy to put the grill together. The only complaint I have is I couldn't find the temperature gauge in the box. I contacted customer service a few weeks ago and haven't heard a thing back. I'm sure they're busy due to the season. I'll just order one on my own. I would recommend this product.

Great overall charcoal grill. The propane starter is one of the best features as I had charcoal grills in the past. The charcoal holder is also a great feature. I really love this grill and looking forward to making pizza on the stone. Great accessories too.

I am very disappointed with Weber. I have had Weber grills for many years and expected the same quality that I have experienced in the past. My new grill arrived missing the charcoal grate and one of the threaded fastners in the leg that secure the grill to the table. I have attempted to contact Weber by phone and have not been able to reach anyone. I filed a complaint on line via email and no response. Then I receive this request asking how did we do?

I love this grill. I don't like gas grills so this is perfect for my family. I enjoy the easiness of turning on the charcoal and the extra space I get with this grill.

Great grill!! This is my 1st Weber unit and all that I read is true. Once temperature is reached you basically just have to wait.

Had a Weber Deluxe for many years. We sold it when moving from NYS to AZ. We bought a propane grill....hated it! We bought another Weber Performer Deluxe and could not be happier!!!

I bought this grill 2 weeks ago. I've been admiring it for 2 years. I love how you can start with gas,for 10 min. ,cut the gas off. I don't like gas grills because it don't have the charcoal smoke taste i remember as a child. Except you don't have the charcoal lighter taste or smell like the old days. Gas starter is wonderful!!

We had a gas BBQ and decided to replace it with a Performer Deluxe Charcoal Grill. This grill is easy to light up, clean and the BBQ meals are delicious. We are very happy with our BBQ, and only wish we switched to Charcoal Grilling sooner.

If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
