I have been trying to contact customer service for 2 months. I tried calling but was told on a recording to use email. I have yet to get a response after sending four emails. I know what's going on with the virus, but other companies have gotten thru it. I will never buy another Weber grill again.

This is my second Weber in the Performer style. The first lasted about 15 years or so. I especially like the conveniences that the grill offers, particularly the gas start and the charcoal storage. When my first was relegated to the place where old grills go, it was because the starter corroded away. When I was looking for a replacement, I just couldn't find a grill with these convient features. I would prefer a grill with a bigger fire box but storage and quick start were missing. I don't like the new pressed metal charcoal baskets, preferring the older wire ones, they lasted the life for of the grill! . I was also disappointed by the lack of replacement parts, I.e. the igniter system in the old grill. Never the less, I will be using my new Weber Performer for as long as it lasts. It makes charcoal grilling as easy as gas grilling and to me that's the biggest plus.

The new top plate would not accept all 8 screws no matter what order or how tight we started them. You should include a couple extra screws for this section. The grill itself is exceptional.

Bought another performer and was very disappointed with the new cover design, at the first strong gust of wind the cover went flying of my rooftop and now I need to look for a replacement. With one Velcro tie it is impossible to keep the cover on the bbq I tried to reach CS, but impossible to get help:(((

After many tries and misses on charcoal grills and smoke boxes, I returned the original daddy of them all. The kettle design pure and simply is the beat design to draw and control smoke to produce the best quality of grilling out there!

Not quite as good as my old model of the same grill. One problem that I have with this grill is that with the top on and all the vents closed, water still gets into it when it rains. This did not happen with my previous model of the same grill. The ignition doesn't work as reliably as the old on either.

I have owned and used a very similar model for 20 years. The propane lighting of the charcoal is very convenient and effective, the upgrades, such as the two piece grate and the newly designed charcoal bin, and the tool and grate holders are nice. Plus, the burnt orange color is beautiful! Kurt

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight.
