A nice well built grill. Should last me at least 20 years
Runs as advertised. I'm a life-long gas grill user, so i don't have charcoal perfected yet, but i use the grill at least twice a week and enjoy it. The lighting feature is awesome, and clean out is simple.
Haven't received anything!! Ordered on May 15th it's June 5th still nothing . Tried calling Weber, Zeko and some other delivery company that according to Zeko they had my shipment. Sent several Emails To Weber no answer. My husbands gift Isn't here!!

Absolutely love the grill! Always been a charcoal guy but always had cheap grills that I replaced every year or two. Not sure about longevity yet but I'm hoping Weber lives up to their reputation. Also love how versatile it is!

I have really enjoyed this grill. I like the color and the platform. The bin works well. I like the grate that comes with it.
Loved Weber kettles many years ago but strayed away by outside influences, ie friends, in-laws etc. I have returned to Weber with purchase of a Performer Deluxe Charcoal Grill, 22". What a delight! All the onboard requirements right from the start. The electronic touch-n-go gas ignition is a big plus. as best described touch-n-go. limited need of supplemental chimney starters. Only change I can see as helpful is upturned side on the lower shelf to keep and stored accessories from sliding off during transit of cart.

What a great grill. It's got a gorgeous color and is well made. The table is great and the propane ignition is worth the cost adder to me. I've reverse seared thick steaks and just did a 12 hour pork butt. Both turned out excellent. I'm so glad I bought this grill. I do wish there was a seal on the lid as I think that would really improve the fit and reduce any smoke leaking. It's minor though so not a big concern.
There is a bad part on my new grill, have opened a warranty claim twice, yet to hear back on either one.. (2 Months) I have called and after 15 minutes on hold hung up. Would easily be 5 stars if not for this. Love the grill. No costumer service to speak of exists.

The unit combines the ease & tastelessness of propane starting (no lighter fluid taste) with charcoal. Unfortunately the metal table top doesn't seem to tolerate much. Several dings, grooves, & divots. Also, gas starter not working correctly. Difficulty getting a response from Weber. Once I did they said they are sending replacement parts. That's been nearly 3 weeks ago. I called last week and got pretty much of a shrug to the effect that hopefully they'll be sent someday soon.

I'm not very impressed with Weber customer service. My grill came with a defective part. I sent an email with a picture of the part. All I get told is it's under review. I pay full price for a grill and it has one bad screw and nothing gets done?

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
