I purchased my Weber Performer Grill when it first came out 20 years or so ago. It is without doubt that best grill I have ever owned. Even though it's on its last legs until I can afford a new one I will not get rid of it! That's how much I love this Grill.

So far after a few weeks of having this grill I love it. Most people say they don't use the timer but I use it all the time. This thing cooks like a charm as long as you learn how to use 2 zone heat.

I got my Performer Grill in 2013 and have grilled AND smoked hundreds of meals on it since then! I'm still using ALL original parts, and it performs like its brand new every time!! Love it!!

Wonderful grill to use. The charcoal baskets makes temperature control a breeze. The work table is great for prep and use during the grilling process. I would recommend this grill to anyone who likes charcoal grilling.

I love love love my new grill. I have used it for smoking ribs, chicken and most recently pizza on the grill. The igniter and propane gas get the gril started in less than 2 minutes and I'm good to go. It's so clean and such a well organized, well designed product. Love it.

Love the grill, not sure about the auto-start. Didn't say that I need a propane tank in order for it to work. Bought this grill as a gift for my son.

I bought my grill a few years ago and it works as well as the day we got it. Simple to use and the gas igniter makes getting the charcoal going a breeze. Still using the original grates and charcoal baskets. Other than a little ding we got during a storm (lid blew off) the grill looks brand new after 4 years of weekly grilling.

I love this grill. It's made things pretty easy getting into charcoal grilling. There's a place for everything, very sturdy, and I can't wait to keep using this for years to come.

The box did not contain the retaining clip to fasten the the gas house in place. Calling customer support got an automated response saying no calls were being accepted and to use the website. Using the website we created a ticket but never got a human response. Following up on the ticket also generated no response. So we paid a lot of extra money for features we can't use. I can not recommend weber products that ship with missing parts and for which there is no customer support.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
