Excellent product. Superior to gas grills. Got it direct from the factory, which required assembly, but easy to put together. There's nothing like the taste of charcoal grilling, especially with this product, which has the propane starter, which means no smelly starter fluid taste.

I have not use it, but it looks great. It does have parts that I wish was not plastic. For the price it should be better.

Awesome grill that is a replacement for my20 year old kettle grill. Only issue are strange lines in the blue enamel finish and I never heard back from customer support 3 weeks after sending them a message about.

Charcoal cooking was never easier. Frankly, the LP starter is a bit of a luxury, but holding temp, cooking a variety of selections, is a unsurpassed.Durability is open question but have had kettles for 30 years plus, and never had one wear out. Thought about pellet, maybe next time. I said goodbye to The Egg. Life goes on.

This is my second Weber Performer. I had My last one for 8 years before rust won the day. My new Performer has a heavier grill grate and better quality work surface. The only thing I do not care for is the top (Lid) of the kettle seems like it is just a bit small and does not fit properly when I try to close it.

I had been looking at a new grill and settled on the Performer Deluxe 22". It has been wonderful so far. The durability and quality is superb. It does such a great job grilling, as opposed to my old propane grill. The propane assist to light the charcoal really helps.

I bought it several weeks ago and I can't believe the difference between the OLD Webber Kettles and this Performer Deluxe. The instant fire button makes Charcoal BBQ, a real pleasure...and...so much easier/faster that it's hard to believe. The ash cleaning system at the bottom also makes a huge difference. If I knew that Weber had made so much improvements and they're not just Advertising PR statement, but for real, I would have bought it much sooner. My avid gas BBQ friend was over when I first used it and he was totally blown away by the ease and the speed by which it reached 450F and up. He, in fact, decided to purchase one himself ! I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
