This is a great product. I love the cooking experience! I will say that when I I assembled that there were a few minor issues with the expertises. 1st: the vent on the bottom is challenging to put on without potentially scratching the finish in your new, costly grill. 2nd. The install of the larger wheels on the bottom didn't go too well. The rod that connects the large wheels did not have have a stopping point when hammering it together. This caused the hub to not fit flush the wheel making it crack. It still operates fine, however I wanted it to look nicer! Other than this it's a 5 star grill!

Love this grill. The workspace, the gas assist, everything. I even use the timer for starting charcoal. 5 minutes with the burner, 5 more with the burner off and the coals are ready to go. The gas assist makes it fast, I hardly fire up the gas grill anymore. Even after work it's so easy with the charcoal right there, and everything I need on the shelf below. We typically are eating less than 40 minutes from the time I start the coals. The fastest was 27 minutes, slowest was 54 minutes. More than acceptable for a weeknight.

The grill itself is 5 star, but the table is 3 star because of the screw holes and screws does not tighten very loose and only on the front side.

I've been wanting this grill for a few years. My wife got this for me for my birthday. It's as good as I expected. I knew the venting system was good. I was surprised, however, at just how air tight the grill was out of the box. It can cut off oxygen to extinguish a fire completely. I've only done some slow cooking on it a couple of times (ribs) but the control is great! The flip up grates make it really easy to add new fuel to the included charcoal baskets. The Touch-N-Go system makes lighting fires a breeze. Can't wait to get some of the cooking system inserts like the griddle and pizza stone.

Easy to assemble. Easy to light and clean out the ashes. I like that the newer model has a metal top vs older models having plastic. Will see if I like the battery ignition (sometimes batteries leak and ruin what they are in). And wondering why they increased the vertical depth of the bottom rack - feels like it lost an inch or so from previous model so charcoal bin is a little tighter to the counter top with a little less under grill sotrage space for extra racks, etc. But everything works.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
