When did the EPX-335 come out?
The latest line of GENESIS grills was released early in 2022.
Can you convert the EPX-335 from propane to natural gas?
No, but fortunately Weber offers a version of the EPX-335 for natural gas.
Does the GENESIS line replace the old Genesis II grills?
It does! The Genesis II grills have all been discontinued, and have been replaced by the current line of GENESIS grills.

Grill is great ,but i wanted the sx-335. I was half complete with the grill when i noticed it had no side burner. Totally my fault, but to late to box up and send back. Too many grills and numbers that are similar. I would buy the side burner but they say it wont work , it shows the ability in the set up manual to accommodate a side burner, Its just a brass tee for the gas line. Come on weber!

We have yet to use it due to weather and a recent surgery. If it perform to anything close to our last 30 yr old Weber (gave away, still in use) we will be more than happy.

The stainless grates are not our favorite. There is a major gap between the two grates, not like the cast iron ones. I had an entire chicken breast fall through into the abyss. Was surprised how far apart they spread. Now I know but seems like a very poor design where food can fall through.

best grill I have ever owned. Solid construction and and even heat distribution across the entire surface. No "hot spots". The sear zone is perfect for giving steaks that initial char like restaurants. The burners actually deliver a wide range of heat instead of being hot all the time. I'll never be satisfied with a cheaper grill again.

Far right burner is difficult to ignite and I have to turn it on high to get it to maintain temperature. Tank is full and open so maybe just an issue with this individual grill. Kinda disappointed

There are a few things we'd like to go over: You can also watch our step-by-step tutorial video here. Do the burners light fine manually with a lighter or a match? If so, with all main burners on high and your lid closed does your grill reach temperature? Did you verify the electrodes are correctly in place and flush with the burners? If the electrode/electrodes are not flush with the burners the spark can have a hard time reaching the gas in the burners for ignition. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
