Awesome grill, even heat and gets very hot even in windy conditions. The reason for the 4 star rating was because of the damage to one of the doors, condiment holder and grease trap. The packaging was not damaged at all but I could see how the grease trap and condiment holder got damaged inside. The door however had to be damaged before it was packaged. Every piece for this grill had its own cardboard package and was packed very good. Now I have to wait for replacement parts. Customer service told me the door isn't even available so I guess we will see if I ever get it replaced. For what these grills cost a person should not have to be dealing with these issues.

I received this grill from Napoleon for testing purposes. It is my second Napoleon; the other is a Prestige Pro 665. I was a little intimidated when the grill was delivered. The assembly instructions could have been a little clearer and specific to my model. With the help of YouTube, I figured it out, and the total assembly time was about an hour. Not too bad. I've been using the grill for several weeks, and I really have no complaints. The cooking surface is large, and I've been able to cook for large events with 10 or more people with no problem. I've used several accessories, including the griddle, rotisserie, and smoke tube. And the Sizzle Zone is fantastic! This cooking surface is large enough for effective indirect cooking. This is something that I have struggled to find in a grill with this overall width. Honestly, I have no complaints. This grill has exceeded my expectations.

I have a Rogue PRO S 525 grill which I received free from Napoleon in exchange for my honest review. I have been grilling for 40 years and have not experienced this quality in all that time. My first grilling was chicken breasts with some cream cheese stuffed peppers. I couldn't wait to try it out.

I work at a store that has this grill on the sales floor. I've spent a lot of time looking at this grill. It has a lot of features that I think you'll love. The jet-fire ignition is very reliable and you won't have to find a lighter. You'll never cook a better steak then you will on the sizzle zone. At 1800 degrees, it locks in the flavor without drying out the meat.

I love my new grill ability to reach higher temperatures than my old one great for cooking steaks

Love the grates, cooks evenly & heats up fast. Back burner and rotisserie work very well and the infrared side grill is awesome! Red and blue lights a plus as well.

I had a tough decision between the Rogue Pro and Rogue Pro-S. The Rogue Pro-S won out since I figured the extra features would come in handy over the life of the grill. I really like the stainless steel look and wasn't ready to bump up to the Prestige series. Size is great and the searing side burner is definitely a game changer!

Assembly was straight forward. Very attractive looking, practical design. Igniters are build into each knob which is great. Amazing grilling experience. Lights on the knobs means you know your heat even as it gets dark. Burners provide very consistent and reliable heat.
