We absolutely love our new grill! Reaches high temps to really get those steaks seared right up. Love the grate design; we seem to lose alot of pineapple slices with the other type of grates; but not with this one! Awesome grill, even heat and gets very hot even in windy conditions. The reason for the 4 star rating was because of the damage to one of the doors, condiment holder and grease trap. The packaging was not damaged at all but I could see how the grease trap and condiment holder got damaged inside. The door however had to be damaged before it was packaged. Every piece for this grill had its own cardboard package and was packed very good. Now I have to wait for replacement parts. Customer service told me the door isn't even available so I guess we will see if I ever get it replaced. For what these grills cost a person should not have to be dealing with these issues.

I received this grill from Napoleon for testing purposes. It is my second Napoleon; the other is a Prestige Pro 665. I was a little intimidated when the grill was delivered. The assembly instructions could have been a little clearer and specific to my model. With the help of YouTube, I figured it out, and the total assembly time was about an hour. Not too bad. I've been using the grill for several weeks, and I really have no complaints. The cooking surface is large, and I've been able to cook for large events with 10 or more people with no problem. I've used several accessories, including the griddle, rotisserie, and smoke tube. And the Sizzle Zone is fantastic! This cooking surface is large enough for effective indirect cooking. This is something that I have struggled to find in a grill with this overall width. Honestly, I have no complaints. This grill has exceeded my expectations.

My first grilling was chicken breasts with some cream cheese stuffed peppers. I couldn't wait to try it out.

I work at a store that has this grill on the sales floor. I've spent a lot of time looking at this grill. It has a lot of features that I think you'll love. The jet-fire ignition is very reliable and you won't have to find a lighter. You'll never cook a better steak then you will on the sizzle zone. At 1800 degrees, it locks in the flavor without drying out the meat.
