When did the EPX-335 come out?
The latest line of GENESIS grills was released early in 2022.
Can you convert the EPX-335 from propane to natural gas?
No, but fortunately Weber offers a version of the EPX-335 for natural gas.
Does the GENESIS line replace the old Genesis II grills?
It does! The Genesis II grills have all been discontinued, and have been replaced by the current line of GENESIS grills.

The grill is great! The LP gas regulator, not so much. I had excessive gas leaking and got two replacement hoses and a new tank to get it to work. BUT once working through that was complete everything seems to be fine!and have had two great results.

I bought a new Genesis S-315 to replace my ten year old Genesis which I loved. Like one other reviewer (sorry I did not read what he said first), I found the design changes very disappointing. The cast iron grates have been replaced by stainless steel (I tried to use my old grates on the new grill, but they did not fit); much of the stainless steel frame has been replaced with something else; the tank gauge (just a spring on which the propane tank hung) has been eliminated; the wheel locks at first looked to have been improved with larger pedals, but are so stiff that have been unable to put them in the locked position. To top everything off, when I tried to register my grill to activate the warranty, the Weber website would not recognize my grills serial number. It took a phone call to a call center (which asked me to provide a photo of the number plate—which I did) with no response after two days, and a complaint through the web site to resolve this. I tried to find a grill grate to replace one of the one of the stainless grates. My retailer provided a model number and told me to purchase it through Amazon. I did, and found it does not fit. I tried to find out through the Weber website if they even make one that fits—I'm waiting for a reply.

I bought my Genesis E-315 5/18/24 and we have been entertaining family and just casual grilling for two. I decided to assemble the Genesis myself, as a tradesman for forty years I wanted to see how well it is built. Easy to assemble and felt quite satisfied with construction materials. Grill is sturdy & very nice looking. Having bought cheaper grills in the past & constantly replacing EVERYTHING, I thought I'd give weber and their warranty a try. Yes it's early and we plan on pampering this grill, but I must say I am very satisfied with it, easy lighting, plenty of heat range and heats quickly and evenly. If you're where I was and thing of stepping up your game this may be the grill for you too!

We replaced an older 300 series Genesis grill with this one after our last one lasted almost 20 years. There is a reason why Weber is the best. everything from the simple assembly instructions to the wonderful packaging. We have been using it for the last few weeks and could not be happier with our purchase.

It's a pretty good grill, but the build quality isn't as good as I was expecting for the price. Weber is definitely cutting corners in a few places, like the cheap plastic knobs and some plastic bolts and screws. I also don't appreciate that the top of the lid is now flat. On previous models the top was curved. The new flat design holds water when it gets rained on.

The unit looks great and start very well. The only downside it is the heat is not uniform on the overall cooking space specially in the front of the grill, toward the back it is hotter than the front. Feel very sturdy and well constructed with quality stainless grill and frame.

By far the best Gas BBQ grill I have ever purchased! Right away when assembling the grill I could see a distinct difference in the quality of materials used. I was skeptical at first about having fewer burners than my previous grills, but after just one use I could tell that the design actually facilitated a more even heating surface. I no longer need to worry about where the "hot spots" are. It is also much easier to clean. My advice is spend a little more than you would on a bargain grill. It is well worth it.

Overall not what Weber used to be. The BAD : one of the grates are not level and rock back and forth on the grill. When you bought a stainless steel grill the entire thing was stainless. Only the part of the lid and doors are. The rest is VERY thin stamped steel. Also the overall heat output could be higher. I'd love 30k btu per burner. Also sell the lighted handle as an accessory. I'd buy it! The GOOD: goes together fairly easily. Almost all the gas system is already built very nice! The wiring is also very easy. Heat output is low but VERY even across the entire grill. The casters are a tad small but roll nicely across most surfaces.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
