When did the EPX-335 come out?
The latest line of GENESIS grills was released early in 2022.
Can you convert the EPX-335 from propane to natural gas?
No, but fortunately Weber offers a version of the EPX-335 for natural gas.
Does the GENESIS line replace the old Genesis II grills?
It does! The Genesis II grills have all been discontinued, and have been replaced by the current line of GENESIS grills.

Purchased our new grill in May. Assembly was fairly easy and the quality was easily identifiable. Heavy duty grates heat evenly and grill perfectly. I would highly recommend because of quality and thorough cooking.

Let me start by saying I have been an ardent Weber user and fan for 30+ years. That has all changed over the past 4 months. This grill will not stay lit in moderate wind conditions, 10+ mph wind. I have never experienced this problem with a Weber or any grill or smoker for that matter. As a long time consumer and fan of Weber grills I expected to get this issue resolved through customer service. How foolish of me! I was asked to provide video of the problem, super, now I just have to wait for a windy day. I did just that and sent the video. The response was an email listing the most elementary steps to operating a grill. Then a couple of days later they asked if the email solved my problem because they wanted to immediately close the service request. To be concise, no, it did not solve the problem. Long story short, I have a grill that doesn't stay lit in any situation where we have more than a slight breeze and zero resolution from customer support. Weber will never get any of my money in the future, terrible service. Silly me for being such a long time consumer.

Very well made and is a dream to cook with. Instant lighting and great hear control. Actually had to relearn how to cook some items as I was used to inedficient grills. The grease collection system is wonderful. No more flare ups. Natural gas is the way to go, if you have a connection...no more propane tanks! It was a little pricy, but well worth the money.

This is an excellent grill, especially the natural gas option. It heats evenly and the temperature is easily controlled by the 3 burners and the sear zone is a nice feature. I especially enjoy the fact that a full size griddle insert can be used, allowing 2 in 1 functions. The griddle also works very well. I've not used the grill frame kit however that adds yet more functionality.

1. The grill was missing the power cord. First time they sent the wrong cord USB?? It took over a month to get the correct cord. 2. On every opening and closing, the lid hits the base on the right side. We have tried to adjust it but no success. We are very disappointed considering what we paid for it. 3. The Connect App tries to download an update but fails every time. 4. The unit is LP and we have it plumbed into our house supply at our lake cabin ie no 20lb tank hooked up. The app continues to send Low Fuel Warnings. Very annoying. There should be a method to turn off the warning.

This is my FIRST Weber grill ever. Absolutely love how fast it heats up and cooks food much faster than ANY previous grill I've ever had. Love it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
