I've had my 1050 for 3 years and couldn't be happier. I've cooked chicken, beef roasts, beef ribs, pork roasts, pork ribs, even a full turkey!

My husband and I love the flavor from cooking on charcoal, and the gravity series allows us to enjoy it with minimal charcoal waste. It makes grilling with charcoal very easy and convenient!

I bought this 3 yrs ago. It has been excellent as a grill and smoker. When the unit was new it heated up quickly with little attendance from me. Briquettes work the best and though I prefer lump charcoal. Some times odd shaped pieces don't fall down, so it may require a shake to feed the lump. Although after several months it took longer to reach temperature. A thorough cleaning alleviated this problem. Smokes great and temp control is an excellent feature. Three years into it the display has lost its brightness and it is hard to read in sunlight. When clean it will reach cooking temperature quickly. The Bluetooth software has never really worked properly ever in my opinion. I really do like this grill and I use it at least once a week. I would buy again. Spare parts would be a nice thing. The optional rotisserie works nicely.

Since I have had my 1050 it has been great. Made a great Turkey on Thanksgiving and some Tritips for Christmas. My family and friends could not rave enough on how good everything tasted.

First of all, I am an offset smoker guy and when I heard about the gravity series I figured it's kind of a blend of tech and offset. I was not disappointed. The flavor is on point. I mix oak splits and charcoal in the hopper to get the same offset traditional flavor. Chicken and ribs come out great but this thing really shines with brisket. Perfect bark, tender and juicy. There is something about this machine, maybe it airflow i dont know but my friends who are bbq snobs say my brisket is the best they have ever had. If you knew these guys you would understand that's a huge statement. I highly recommend you buy one. Mine is on its 4th year and starting to show her age a bit. I will be buying another when she dies.

I bought this grill in September of 2024. I have used it nearly every weekend since. It's fun and easy to use with great features that give you flexibility of use. I even purchased a Masterbuilt pizza oven accessory and have made the best pizza. The only thing I haven't done is use the rotisserie feature. I have made family breakfast with the griddle and gotten some amazing searing with the flat side of the grids. Everything I have cooked has turned out better than any other smoker I have used! I highly recommend purchasing one for yourself! BTW, I'm a woman and can smoke a brisket better than anyone I know!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
