Got this as a Christmas gift from my daughter. Smoked on it for the first time on 01/17/2025. I have used pellet smokers, propane smokers, wood and coal smokers in the past. By far this is the most user friendly system I have ever used. My wife said that this was the best bbq that I have ever made. This is the best compliment she has ever given me about my out door cooking. I can only give credit to the ease of use to the masterbuilt gravity unit. I haven't figured out what I'm doing wrong with the middle rack. I can't seem to lock it in place so it doesn't fall down when I adjust my meat. It slides back and folds down. If the middle and upper racks were a little larger it would be absolutely perfect.

I absolutely love this grill/smoker but you app socks and wrapped out 30days after full assembly. You would have had a 5 stars review if you could have fixed your app

I asked a friend who raises healthy non-GMO turkeys if he's save me one for Thanksgiving. He agreed. I mentioned that we would only be feeding 3 people, so it would need to be a smaller one. He said that he didn't raise pigeons! It was 23lbs!! Of course it fit onto the rack and pan and into the Masterbuilt easily. I smoked it according to a Masterbuilt video and it came out AMAZINGLY, juicy, tasty and easily carved. At Christmas, I ordered a Masterbuilt Gravity Series Rotisserie kit for a Prime Rib Roast. Attached to the grill/smoker easily and cooked like a charm.

I bought mine 4 years ago. I use it minimum 3 times a week every week. It's held up for the amount of use, but I've replaced the fan 3 times, the control board 2 times and the buttons countless times. After this much use the tunnel is falling apart and the outer paint is starting to bubble. Despite my complaining it's a great grill/smoker, I will buy another one.

Always loved eating smoked meats as long as it was someone else doing it. Well after receiving this smoker as a gift and using it I'm truly blown away with the results and ease of use. It truly takes the science of smoking and out of the equation. This grill is a game changer!

I was looking at these for awhile and finally pulled the trigger and went with the 800 grddle combo. I am glad I did, no regrets. This grill is very versatile. The App lets you set it and not have to babysit it. For Christmas diner I smoked a spiral ham it came out awesome everyone enjoyed it. Grill had no issue maintaining temp outside in a Montana winter. Even followed a recipe for smoke salmon chowder, from the app.Wish I didn't wait so long to get one

I only used the smoker a few times and everything that I smoked on it turned out great. I have done ribs, pork butts, pork belly burnt ends and beef tri-tip. I am not sure how the longevity of this smoker will be because the metal seems thin. I hear the newer models like the XT is built better but for the price my mb800 is good for me.

Owne a Char-Griller and wanted a better way of cooking and smoking food. After researching, noticed the 800 was highly recommended. We love the grill and the griddle on the unit and after owing it for four years still is our go to smoker/grill.

I've had my 1050 almost 4 years now. My only complaint is this thing is too hard to clean, and the creosote build up inside the hopper, it causes the charcoal to not fall, other than that no major issues.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
