am extremely disappointed with this purchase. My grill is less than a year old, and I've already experienced multiple failures. Most recently, Masterbuilt sent me a replacement display — which also does not work. It power cycles nonstop and makes the grill unusable. This is not a minor inconvenience. I had planned to smoke two pork shoulders today, and both were ruined because the grill wouldn't function. For the amount of money this grill costs, I expected quality and reliability, not repeated breakdowns and wasted food. Masterbuilt needs to address serious quality control issues. A product at this price point should not fail this quickly or this often.

Love how the cover for my 800 fits the contour of the smoker. The two handles make removal easy. Keeps the elements off of the 800.

Use the griddle for grilling bacon, worked great. Wife loved me cooking bacon outside for a change!! Especially love the ease of storing the griddle on the side of the smoker!

I bought this grill in June and I have had nothing but problems with it. I used it twice. I called Masterbuilt and to their credit they have been sending me parts but that doesn't help me get back to grilling before the season ends.

I have had this model for years and to this day it works perfectly.

Very easy to use, work well, and a great value. It'll save you a trip to the store for a propane canister.

I recently added the rotisserie attachment to my Masterbuilt Gravity Series grill, and it has completely elevated my cooking game. I've had my 800 for about a month now and have smoked a pork shoulder, grilled plenty of all types of meat, and used the griddle for breakfast and smash burgers. Everything has turned out fantastic. I was a former pellet grill owner and have always loved the flavor of charcoal more. This grill has the best of both worlds in charcoal flavor with the ease of use of a pellet grill. The temp is much more stable than with my old grill. It stays within 2-3⁰ of the set temp. Couldn't recommend it more.

Previous grill covers tore on corners and during storms would get carried away and found later in neighbor's yard, never found it the last time which led to this purchase. It's more durable than my previous cover and has never blown away. The material feels more heavy duty, and I couldn't be happier with it. In the picture you can see how the raindrops are falling off of it.

I always keep all of my grills & smokers covered when not in use. When I purchase a new unit I always get the cover, sometimes they're decent and sometimes they are cheap made junk ! The Masterbuilt cover is by far the best cover I own It fits perfectly and is very heavy duty and undoubtedly will last for years.
