It is well constructed and 4 years later the elastic has started to fray but the cover itself shows no signs of breaking down.

I've had my 1080 grill and cover for over 2 years and the cover almost looks brand new. It's done a great job of keeping the grill protected from the elements and really hasn't shown any stress from taking it off and putting it on.

I have had my 1050 for two years and have cooked and smoked tons of food on it, and the vast majority of it has turned out wonderfully. It is a versatile cooker, especially if you add the griddle and pizza oven, and the opportunity to use wood along with the charcoal provides flavor that is hard to beat. Where it falls a little short is in materials/build quality and the controller. After two years, the manifold is in very rough shape and I opted to replace with an aftermarket upgrade. Similarly, the firebox had started to disintegrate and I've recently replaced with an aftermarket upgrade. Considering some allowance for trying to get these to a specific price point, not every component is going to be able to last forever. That said, the controller has been a disappointment. The first and longest issue has been the Bluetooth/WiFi/app connectivity. It was really rough and unreliable when I first got it. Over time the app upgrades seem to have made it more reliable, but not as much as you would expect for something that is a primary selling point. Along with that, my controller started to become unreliable, ruining some cooks with wild temperature swings to the point some of my wiring and hood sensor melted. I've since replaced them with upgraded versions and it is back to running like a champ. In the end, it's a very versatile and effective cooker, but could be improved for maximum reliability and value, and some of that seems to be what was built into the XT models.

The Masterbuilt Pizza Oven is hands-down one of the best additions I've ever made to my Gravity Series for outdoor cooking! It turns out restaurant-quality pizzas with that perfect crispy crust and smoky flavor you just can't get from a regular oven. The heat retention is incredible, and it gets up to cooking temperature in no time. (very hot) I love how versatile it is too—it's not just for pizza, it handles flatbreads, and even desserts like a champ. The design is solid, cleanup is easy, and every time I use it, my family and friends are blown away by the results. Then you can remove it and go back to grilling. If you're serious about upping your pizza game, this oven is an absolute must-have!

This is a good grill but too many little things keep it from being great. First the Bluetooth stopped working after about 6 months so that was great. The app is completely worthless. I mean why does it not monitor probe temps? The grates are so tiny and impossible to clean. I use it regularly and enjoy it but I think I would've rather purchased the CharGriller.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
