Customer Reviews
This 560 smoker is amazing but I really would like a grill and a pizza oven that fit it. Hoping someone reads this that can make it happen. :)
Great Smoker, lacks any form of customer service..

horrible customer service support. I purchased the wrong size of Grill by mistake, but there is no easy want to return it and now am stuck with it. You have to pay for shipping and restocking - bunch of BS and no respond from days from CS. super frustrating.

Bought the gravity series 560 on Father's Day for my husband. Received it a few days ago and when I opened the package, there was a rat inside and the box was completely torn apart and it had the most awful smell. The pieces of the grill were also eaten up by the rats. Not sure where they keep their merchandise but it's definitely not a clean place.

Product came timely and does what is asked of it. If your grill stays outside then I would suggest getting one.
I bought the 1050 May 2023, and the first one had a dent so I had another sent. After three different and successful uses it stopped working no power from the brain of the grill. Now comes the fun part. I submitted a ticket on June 25th got a message they would contact me. Day five nothing, no way to call and hear a voice, only emails with the same responses and another ticket. This is not how you run a business...all I want to do is get my grill fixed and all Masterbuilt wants to do is collect money and not respond to their product failures. Again, when it works it is a fantastic system. It's the customer service that sucks.

Works well in recent Colorado crazy weather. Keeps the grill safe and covered and love the durable material. A bit hard to get on/off compared to other grill covers I have for other models. Though this ensures it doesn't move or blow away.
Awesome charcoal grill. Good size for a single or small family.
Over the past two years, I've had the pleasure of using the Series 800 grill extensively, and despite my deep appreciation for its capabilities, I must admit that it hasn't been without its fair share of issues. During the initial stages, getting the grill to function properly was quite a journey. It took a considerable six-month period of collaboration with customer service, along with the replacement of several components such as the switch, fan, control panel, and door. These painstaking steps were necessary to ensure the grill operated as intended. However, even after overcoming those initial challenges, a new issue has surfaced recently. One of the switches has started to act erratically, intermittently starting and stopping the fan mid-cook so the temperature control has become highly unpredictable, fluctuating by 200°F and more. Adding to my concerns, the firebox grill, which plays a crucial role in shielding the fan from hot charcoal, has unexpectedly disintegrated. While I encountered firebox wall disintegration a few months after purchasing the grill, I accepted Masterbuilt's assurance that it was not a significant concern. However, the fact that the firebox grill has now suffered the same fate within just two years is disheartening. Nevertheless, it's important to emphasize that my affinity for this grill remains unwavering. It has proven to be a versatile cooking tool, allowing me to create delectable dishes ranging from slow-cooked delicacies to perfectly cooked pizzas. The key, of course, lies in the grill's optimal functionality, which, when achieved, consistently delivers exceptional results.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
