Love my Gravity 560! It took about 2 hours to put together. Pretty simple, but much more involved than I expected. After assembly, seasoning was next. That took a couple of hours. Finally got to smoke the next day and I haven't stopped!

We bought our 1050 a year ago and just shy of one year it one even stay running! Wrote to get support from Masterbuilt and a quick response with absolutely little information or suggestion of further support was what I got back. The grill worked great, then the fan quit regulating the temp. In the warranty window and no support. I replaced the fan on my own dime and it still would not stay running. Knowing customer support wasn't going to back its product I replaced wiring to no avail and then the temp prob still nothing. So I replaced the controller and at the end I still have a problem. So I would never not recommend dropping this kind of money foe this product unless your loaded. I will still to products that company's back because the know their product. Shame cause it started off great and I had nothing but good things to say, but when you can't support your product and people have that kind of money tied up in, we'll, lesson learned. I will not support this company again! Good luck if you take the risk!

Absolutely a dream to cook on, ive been a professional chef for 15 years , this gives you the accurate Temp control of a gas grill and the flavor of charcoal, the simplicity of adding in some wood chip blends for a great smoke is awesome ! I could not be happier with this purchase

the switches are faulty. My dad has the same model and has this same issue. the fan doesnt register that the hopper door and ash door are closed and so it won't kick on and the fire goes out. Recommend fixing your switches

I really enjoy my grill. Using charcoal again and the way it holds the heat and very quick when changing temperature.

Had the 1050 for a year now. 1. Holds temp very well. 2. Charcole chamber is bubbled up from heat But no burn through. 3. Adding wood chunks in ash box adds great wood flavor. 4.Easy to clean. 5.Had to replace digital screen. Customer service was great. 6. Will flame up if not cleaned. 7.Developed a grease leak fron bottom tray while Cooking. Kind of concerning but hasn't been a issue yet. 8. The cover didn't last a year. 9. Grill lid bent at the screws . 10. Is very user friendly Over all I'm happy with the 1050. But there could be a few improvements.

This has to be the best grill i have ever own. Only reason I gave it four star is because I can only use it as a grill, if I wanted to use it as a griddle then I would have to change out the housing unit on the inside. If those instructions were clear from the beginning I would have never purchased the griddle section. Great product.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
