This is the most versatile grill I have ever owned. I use to think a pellet grill was the way to go, but this grill has the convince of a pellet grill with the taste of an actual smoker.

Never got to use it. The gravity1050 computer died in the fist week. Never had the opportunity to try. One star based on horrible customer service

Worked great for 2 cooks then the computer died. Contacted customer service who stated they would send a replacement. 30 days later recieved an email that the items was out side of warranty. I owned it for less than a week! Calling customer service is useless. Calls just go to a mailbox which is full. Worst of all I bought all the accessories. Can't use any of them!

With this grill, there are only two issues and they're purely quality of life asks. I wish there were additional tool hooks on the front shelf for utensils, and that there was a built in starter of some form for the chimney. Other than those two things, the grill/smoker combo is fantastic. Being able to burn almost an entire bag of charcoal as well as wood chunks for smoking is great. Clean up is easy. The offset fuel source is also great compared to more traditional grills. The double sided grates are fantastic as well, but my favorite is hands down the full size griddle. Being able to sear at 700 degrees is a game changer for what I'm used to. Being able to do rotisserie ribs, smoked Boston Butts, and whatever else I can think of has been made infinitely easier by this grill. I truly believe that anyone who likes grilling and smoking should buy whatever version of the Gravity series that suits their needs.

I would love to review the unit, but it arrived with the wrong right front leg. I've been trying to get this part from "Customer Service" for almost two months with no luck. The grill has been sitting upside down in my garage since I started putting it together.....

I have had this grill, the gravity series 800, and been able to use it for less than a year. After about 6mm months of light use and regular care (covering after cooling, keeping dry etc...) it just started showing an error4 which according to the site means that the charcoal is failing to ignite and the fan was not triggering. I looked in the hopper and it was actually very well ignited. I contacted customer service and though cordial, the responses were slow less than helpful. 6 months after contacting them and several replacement parts later the grill is still not working. At this point since I'm tired of fighting with it I either want a refund or replacement of the expensive defective paperweight. If you're searching for a Grill, this one may be tempting but be sure to make note that if you experience any issues it will be an uphill battle to get any help. Best bet is to steer clear and get something cheaper. You would think for the price masterbuilt would be more careful with their reputation.

Poor Quality, holds water and rusts. App connectivity is poor even with excellent WiFi signal. Painted surfaces come off on the first cook and grills started rusting. Additionally the charcoal box is not weather tight so it just holds water making everything rust. The fasteners are not of high quality stainless steel and rust. Basically it's really expensive and not made from poor quality materials. In Florida you can't use a grill cover because they hold moisture in. This one you just use it to keep water out and then you are going to hold moisture in allowing everything to rust. Overall, unless you keep this inside (when not in use) or it doesn't rain where you are I don't recommend getting it.

So far so good. I love the ability to deliver both the convenience of using pellet smoker and flavors of a traditional smoker. Plus i can also grill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
