Bought the cover last year after purchase of our grill. 18 months later it is junk. Completely faded out and tearing with the least amount of stress. Having to duck tape together. Grill is great, cover is terrible. Never buy it.

I April of 2022 I purchased MASTERBUILT MB20040221 GRAVITY SERIES 800 DIGITAL CHARCOAL GRILL. This grill was working Great until September of 2022, when gasket in a chute burnt out and new was required. Then in September of 2022 the fan and control panel failed. And finally it looks like another parts failed and I will have to junk the whole unit. Quality i not good. Don't buy

I bought the 1050 in early 2022. It stopped working in summer of 2023, after the warranty expired so I expected I would need to buy replacement parts. MB support won't even speak with me to help me figure out what's wrong and what to buy. They just automatically closed my ticket saying my smoker is out of warranty and that replacement parts can be found on their website. As a smoker, I'd say it's okay, makes decent bbq. I've used offset and ceramic smokers for years and no real complaints about the end product. It's a bit of a pain to keep clean, and interior parts prone to rusting. It's nice being able to smoke and grill with one unit, but it's not great as a charcoal grill, not the same as grilling directly over coals so the flavor is closer to grilling with gas. It gets plenty hot though, just make sure the interior is spotless or you'll have a grease fire. Scanning the web, it seems unreliable electronics is common theme with MB. Have a full backup set of electronics on hand or risk being stuck with raw meat and company on the way.

The perfect charcoal grill. From grilled veggies, burgers, pork chops, seared steaks or pizza. It's awesome. Better than any pellet grill I've used.

I love this grill and what it does. But unfortunately there are serious problems with the grill quality and my grill is in constant need of replacement parts that take a long time to get and the cost of them quickly add up. I should have bought a Traeger.

Missing pieces and poor untimely customer service. Grill ordered mid August and it's October and have not received missing pieces not provided any compensation for incomplete product. The missing pieces were found after package was opened making the grill non-returnable so we are down the cost of the grill without being able to return or use it. Very frustrating.

Bought this last week used it over the weekend had two whole chickens on it and it wouldn't fully rotate the insert whole seems to be a little off and the threads that screw into the motor were flattened but over all I was not satisfied with this purchase

The worst grill ever. Such a money hungry pit for charcoal. Cuts off randomly and ruins smokes whenever you leave home. I would never recommend this grill to someone ever! Just buy anything else!

Loved this grill and then 1 month after the warranty ended it started acting up . Last thing I did was ordered a new controller assembly and that didn't fix it so guess it's scrap .

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
