I researched the 800 Gravity series and bought it beacause it came with a griddle. I bought it over 2 yrs ago and have ABUSED it! I cook on it minimum 3 times a week, smoked numerous briskets, pork butts, picanha, tri tips, baked beans....you name it I've smoked and grilled. Love the ease of the start up, control of the temp and taking care of it on my phone. Yes I've had issues but what product doesn't. Masterbuilt took care of me. Sent me an ash door that needed replacing and have worked around it till I absolutely have to do the work! I've talked the grill up so much that several people I know have bought them one. Bottom line...and this is how you know what you know...I will buy me another one after I wear this one out!!

I have had this grill/smoker for going on three years now and every time I go to use it fires right up and doesnt miss a beat. This thing is my go to for anything from a quick cook to an 18 hour smoke for a brisket.

Out of the box and assembly time was about a little over an hour. I've owned my 800 and 560 for a total of 4 yrs. This is the only smoker/grill I basically use now. My Weber propane gets very little use anymore. These grills/smokers are very versatile and food comes off with amazing flavor! Anyone who ever ask's me how I like them I tell them to go out and buy one and come back to me.I love that you can use wood chunks, charcoal,and even mix some pellets in with them. I also love the ease of lighting the chimmeny. Temps are pretty consistant when checked with my own ambient temp probe so no complaints there. Any issues i ever encountered were quicky resolved by Masterbuilts customer service with good communication. I wouldn't hesistate to buy or recommend someone to buy any of these gravity series units.

Clips do not hold the orange cord tight it easily slips out of the clips. Have tried to resolve this and bene ignored. Cover has blown off twice as a result of poor construction.

This grill is a pile of fun to use. I'm not a very good cook at the best of times, but if you follow the masterbuilt recipes and pay attention to the meat Temps, the meal always turns out great. I live in Northern Canada and when it gets to -20 c, the digital read out is hit and miss whether it will work or not. And of course that is what controls the fan; so fan, no heat. But in all, a super purchase!

Arrived with dents despite the box looking fine. Rust has already started to form and it is not even a month old. Remote app has to be re-paired every time I use the grill, the grill will take a temperature setting but does not report the correct temperature until it is re-paired. Over priced for what I received and customer service has not been helpful.

Love the versatility of this smoker/bbq. I wish the analog screen and buttons were a little bit better quality and more resistive to outdoors. I have mine under the roof and double covered and it has started to peel. Food tastes great. Also syncing with the app is an issue at times.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
