Customer Reviews
This grill is for everyone, from beginner to professional. I can control the temperature, internal meat temps from the 4 probes, and co trip the timer. I can leave and set the temp for whatever I need it to be. I can add charcoal with ease as well. This is literally the last grill you will ever need to buy as it's the Bentley of grills/smokers. Don't think twice, just treat yourself to the best smoking experience possible.
I use these on my gravity feed grill, easy to use and light.
This is a nice addition to the grill makes it a nice combo grill/ griddle
I bought this grill couple years ago and she is still cooking. Love it works great Bluetooth capable ready to use.
Looking to improve the quality and quantity of food I can cook to meal prep for 5 days of the week every week. This has drastically improved that efficiency. I can cook all my meats and throw in whole sweet potatoes along with veggies get all that done in one hour and set my self up for success. I have always preferred cooking with charcoal and this is the best way by far. One thing I haven't figured out is if the probes are accurate they seem to fluctuate often.
I bought my 800 series less than a year ago because I wanted a charcoal grill that had the precision of a pellet smoker. Coming from the classic Webber kettle my entire life, it was truly a dream to jump into this grill. Not only do I love the ease of control when it comes to maintaining temp, but the attachments allows for a diversity of experiences as well - making pizzas on the oven attachment is extremely simple, and makin smash burgers, to habatchi, to breakfast on the griddle is just an entertainers dream.
I jumped into the smoking world with this grill / Smoker. I followed all the instructions on usage, food recipes etc.. and all I can say is if you want delicious food with little effort. This is the grill for you!
This cover has gone above and beyond. Being in Tucson, I keep my grill outside year round (I use it year round) and this cover has not faded and keeps my grill dry.
I have had my 800 for roughly 2 years now and I absolutely love getting out to use it. I believe the versatility is 2nd to none. You can sear, smoke, grill, griddle with ease and have full confidence in what you are pulling off the grill. A couple of my favorite cooks using the 800: breakfast, smoked trout, pork shoulder, t bone steaks, smoked pork ribs, smoked beef ribs, smash burgers, prime rib roast, and beer can chicken. I hope to use this grill for as long as I can!
I primarily smoke and occasionally bake with my Gravity Series 800. I love the convenience of setting and forgetting the temp during long smokes. I also love the flavor from charcoal and if I want extra wood smoke, it's very easy to add wood chips. Cleanup is relatively easy as well. Full disclosure, I did splurge for the stainless steel upgrades from LSS Mods online…a worthwhile upgrade. Closed door sensors wore out fairly quickly so I just disconnected they are not that essential.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
