People complain about quality of build of their gravity series, but don't think to protect it from the elements. This cover was relatively inexpensive and has helped protect my smoker for 3 years.

I've had my gravity series for 3 years and have produced some killer barbecue. From grilling steaks to amoked brisket, this thing brings the electric smokers to a new level. Easy and convenient but turns out flavor and presentation closer to offset stick burners than any other product out there.

When I first recieved the grill and unboxed, it was dented all over. Took forever to get started the first time I used it. Second time used, it was amazing! Wifi features were a game changer. 3rd time and so on, it will not connect to my wifi, won't accept password. I'm not back to and overpriced weber. Extremely disappointed after waiting a couple years to save up.

Convenience of a pellet grill but with Charcoal taste. Previously had a pellet grill and while it was convenient it lacked the desired taste I associate with grilling. Purchased the MB Gravity Series 800 almost a year a go and have been very pleased with it. Dont let any of the negative reviews scare ya off as this things are super simple. Worst case scenario if you do have any issues the only thing that can actually "tear up" from what i can tell is : 3 switches (which can easily/cheaply be replaced; a fan (cheap and literally 4 screws and a plug in; or a control board (a few plug ins and screws). I know of 1/2 dozen co workers who are all MB owners and they all rave about theirs as well. Keep up the good work MB!

I purchased my Masterbuilt 2 years ago and was the best purchase I have made. I have owned several grills, from charcoal , propane, natural gas as well as pellet smoker, and electric smoker. Before I was going to make a decision on a new grill I thought it would be impossible to meet all my grilling fantasies all in one unit, that's when I found Masterbuilt. A wish made in heaven! I researched several grill manufacturers and Masterbuilt met every expectation I wanted in my next investment. What was more amazing and to my liking was the results of every kind of cooking I love to do outdoors. I could grill, smoke, do roticary, be as creative a grill master as I wanted. What impressed me the most was the ease of operation and the amount of fuel I could load for long-term smoking. The gravity fed charcoal feed is a ingenious engineering feat and to boot, I can get my meat smoking, cut my grass and be notified when my attention is required to my meal creation. What a time saver benefit. I take every advantage of my Masterbuilt grill and the best part is talking to everyone about it who has the experience of seeing my prized possession in action. I love my Masterbuilt 1050, I look forward to continue using it for years to come. I am looking forward to growing my arsenal with other products from Masterbuilt. Thank you for the opportunity to be able to experience your product for my own enjoyment!!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
