Customer Reviews
I have been a Gravity Series owner for 4 years. There are probably higher quaity charcoal grills and smokers on the market, but the ability to grill and smoke on the same unit at this price point is unrivaled. I have prepared pulled pork, baby back and spare ribs, briskets, turkeys, hams, burgers, hotdogs, sausage, chicken, chili, roasts, shrimp and salmon plus countless servings of veggies. I've had very few issues and everything I needed to repair occurred under warranty. Keep it dry and covered and it will do a good job for you!

I had this smoker/grill for many years now and still enjoy smoking Boston Butts, briskets, chicken and turkeys. And for steaks, it is great for searing as you can quickly bump up the heat to over 600 degrees. I plan to keep experimenting with different lump charcoals and brickettes. Honestly, the long smokes are so much easier with the temperature setting staying constant and just only have to test the final temperature to complete the cook.
I bought my Gravity series back in 2020 when they were on back order. Got mine in August. I have over 500 cooks on that thing and works like a dream. I know the cooks because there are 48 fire starters in a pack. :) This thing can do it all. low and slow at 225 all day... Chicken wings at 400 for 45 min or searing a steak at 650 this thing can do it all.
I love that's product would like to owned. my eyes one day have it in my backyard
This was easy to install and works well. I did modify the bracket for my 800 series so that i could get the grates in/out without removing it on the non-driven side. This wasn't to hard i suggest masterbuilt do this at the factory.
I've had this unit for a little over 2 years. As advertised as a grill/smoker it's pretty awesome. It consumes charcoal faster then then a typical grill. I feel like the smoke can be a bit more intense then a normal side box smoker or a UDS. It works well in the winter (i live in the mid west). The drip tray at the bottom can be a problem. It doesn't shed grease at all which can cause the entire thing to catch on fire inside if you don't clean it regularly after doing a lot of smoking then decide to grill some burgers or steaks at 450+. The build quality is okay for what your paying for the fit is a bit wanky but so is everything built in China. The paint around the fire box is chipping in areas and starting to show rust even though it's covered 100% of the time it's not in use. My biggest complaint is the switches all started to fail right away within 6 months of use. I got new switches sent under warranty but they still fail. I've not yet figured out the cause of this failure but it's beyond frustrating such a cheap simple part can kill your cook. I have a feeling nobody at masterbuilt uses their product or has wives. When you come inside to finish burgers in the even/griddle because grill wont keep running ... your in the dog house.
This rotisserie does a great job. Never have had any issues and works very well
Looking forward to another pizza night. I had been researching expensive pizza ovens, but but bought this one as a stop gap until I could find and afford the right one. Stop gap no longer! I'm so satisfied with this one that I'm no longer searching for the perfect one — but hoping Masterbuilt will come out with a bread oven accessory.
I have had this grill for 2 years and still cooks and smokes flawlessly. Temperature control is +/- 5 degrees for hours in any temperature. Spring Summer Winter and Fall Even in Buffalo snowstorms. Best Grill Ever.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
