Best grill I've ever owned. The only thing that needs improvement are the stickers. I cleaned it with soap and water today and most of the stickers are gone.

This is a great grill loaded with many features. Have cooked on it twice and both the brats and steaks turned out well. Biggest headache was the time to get it unpacked and assembled, not hard or difficult just more time then I expected. Looking forward to doing some rotisserie chickens

Great grill, infrared side burner perfect for searing and cast iron veggies. Great features, smart ideas built it like the lights. Even temperatures all over. Wish it had propane usage feature but will get an inline gauge. Highly recommend

We can't use the Napoleon grill yet because the temperature gauge is missing nut screw and washer to secure the temperature gauge to the lid. I have submitted a claim for the missing parts on 9/11/25. I have not heard any response from the manufacturer.

This grill is awesome. The single heat up to 700° plus. I cook some steaks on it at high heat. It seared them and cook them in about 3 1/2 to 4 minutes per side. Love it!

After much research glad we brought the Napoleon. We have been using this grill for close to 2 month and could not be HAPPIER!!! East lite of flame- tubes-,Rapid heat up, and even temp of cooking area. NICE!!!

Hi Joe. Any hose longer than the 10-foot hose that was included will have an affect on the performance of the grill. We would not suggest it, nor would Napoleon.

Asked by duben96 | Answered by howardgordonHi: I had the very same issue two years ago. Except, I had already purchased the grill and then decided to do a built-in kitchen. I talked to Napoleon's technical people directly and they told me under no uncertain terms that the cart units are not engineered to be built-in. If built-in it would over head and burn up the wiring/electronics. I believe they do have a top that can be built in, but the cart version is not the one. I ended up having our contractor just make a space for the grill and that is just fine. Air can circulate all around the unit and it has not had any heat problems in the 2 years that we have used it. Also, I can pull the unit out to clean it and clean behind it and this is handy. I really ended up not missing built-in option. I did take one of the "table wings" off so it was more compact in the space. Hope this helps...

There is an installation video on the Napoleon website with step by step instructions. The cart is made from Powder coated galvanized stainless and the shelves are made with 430 stainless steel. The main difference is that the black model has a porcelain coated steel exterior, which may chip with time and use. The stainless steel model is more durable.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
