I like the grill, but the assembly instructions were not very good. There are just pictures without written instructions. For the most part that was okay, but we ended up wrecking the ash catcher by putting it on wrong and I had to buy another one. Now I need to get someone to help reassemble it.

I love this grill. Once you learn temp control it is great. The drop down table makes it an excellent fit for smaller spaces. The kettle at 22" is the right size. I do mostly indirect cooking/smoking. The grill is highly flexible/modifiable. I have a rotisserie and have done, chickens, duck, pork loin, eye of round roasts. I did a 10 lb pork butt, 11 hours, using the snake method for charcoal and still had 25% of the charcoal un used at the end. I have a cast iron grate for it and along with the vortex I did smoked wings last Sunday. I have yet to use the center griddle plate. To be totally honest I have yet to grill like burgers or brats. I did do a reverse sear on a 2" thick bone in rib eye again using the indirect method. This is the best grill/smoker money can buy, The price point is excellent. The features and "add on's" make this grill a perfect buy. Get a cover for it, keep it clean and it will give you a lifetime of fabulous cooks.

I bought this grill in 2022. I use it every week. I cook indirect. I've done rotisserie chicken, duck, turkey, pork loin, tenderloin, jalapeno poppers and just last week a 10.4 pound pork butt. I have yet to use it as a charcoal grill. I smoke using various Weber wood chunks. It has yet to disappoint after two years. One you learn temp control it holds steady on a long cook. The drop down side table is an excellent feature for those of us who have space limitations. And as far as customer service I give them 10 stars. I have never been disappointed whenever I have had to call for help or to get answers to my dumb questions.

The grill works great, this is my latest, seem to last about 10-years with a little TLC. This one came missing the lid catcher hardware, four-weeks and still waiting. Each week I've gotten a 'we consider this resolved' email and need to push back till I actually get the missing parts.

This bbq is awesome. The only draw back is that there is no place to hook the grill when you take it out to light the charcoal. And the centre, although I like the idea. Constantly falls out. Other than that, great bbq!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
