Works as advertised only complaint is that ash catcher handle needs some sort of hand grip as it is very difficult to squeeze to remove and empty

It's super simple to grill now with a large enough tabletop to set your platters and hooks on the side to placing your grilling utensils. Love it!

This is the perfect grill, couldn't be happier. Weber kettle grills have always been a favorite since cooking over charcoal gives the best flavor.

Great grill! I love it's height. That extra few inches saves from having to bend over to use it. It is great for grilling, smoking or using the rotisserie. It retains heat very well. It's grate comes with the removable center for using a wok as well as hinged sides for easily adding coals. The side table allows more room for setting down my cast iron Dutch Oven/skillets.

I have been using a Weber 18" for years for both grilling, smoking and anything else I could think of. I gave it up because of extensive travel and apt. living. Recently bought a house and got the 22" grill and it has been a pleasure to be grilling again I did use some sealing tape to retain the smoke inside instead of watching it escape from under the lid. Next project will be some ribs and then a couple of chickens before I get to the pork butt. I use lump charcoal instead of briquettes and I'm able to control the heat to 250 degrees with regular consistency. My next one will be the 26" grill in the future. I do use a paint brush to clean out the ashes.

I bought this to replace our old 22 inch Weber, and upon using it for the first time, the top lid vent plastic heat protector melted right on top of the lid. I would think that the quality of the plastic would withstand the heat from the BBQ. Good thing we did not touch it to close the vent before noticing that it was melted, not good. I will contact customer service tomorrow.

Can't clean the ashes out of the bottom of the grill without taking both greats out and cleaning it by hand.Very poor design by Weber grill

Most of our charcoal models feature a One-Touch Cleaning System, which features a set of 3 blades attached to handle under the bowl. Moving the handle back and forth will push the ashes and coals into the ash catcher beneath the grill. It sounds like you are looking to do a deep clean on the grill by removing the grates. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
