I purchased this grill in May. There was something wrong with the legs as the bottom shelf keeps falling out. The Weber service department was outstanding as they continued to replace parts until the issue was 100 % addressed. This grill was a replacement for a 25 year old Weber, I expect this one to last as long or outlast the last one. I recommend Weber they are simply the best.

I've used this model for over 6 years. I was originally concerned that a fixed charcoal and grill location would limit temperature control, but the air vents allow for super easy control. You can get it as hot or keep it as cool as you want. I added a "Slow N Sear" for smoking ribs and butts and this made indirect cooking a breeze. The cart with lockable wheels is a critical part for me as I move my grill on the patio whenever I cook. It works great.

Great grill, only improvement I would recommend is to install a port for thermocouple leads.

Had a prior Weber, but this is really a nice set-up. Love the pop-up shelf and the larger grill surface.

I have owned Webers for over 30 years. However, the quality of this unit is awful, the bottom tray comes off every time you move the grill. Do not buy this model, you will be frustrated.

Assembly was straightforward. I did have a problem with one of the wheel casters but Weber replaced it right away. Great grill!

I am very pleased with my grill as I have been with the many Weber products over the years. I have one problem, however. When assembling the grill I had a lot of difficulty with the basket at the bottom which catches the ashes. I used a lot of force to get it into place. The result is that it operates, but it is very difficult and time consuming to squeeze the handle with enough force to remove the basket and dispose of the ashes.

The charcoal weber grill is great, in fact it is my 3rd one. The cart with fold down end rusts very easily, along with the casters. Only lasted about 2 years. It sat under a canopy outside and was always covered.

It is a good barbecue. But the rack that attaches to the bottom of the legs just does not meet what I would call, Weber standards. Does not fit well so it does not stay in place. Cannot use it for anything.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
