It works well but the paint on the side table scratched badly on the first use. Peeling off. Looks bad and it is brand new.

Grill is awesome. More features then my previous model. My only problem was that some of the screw holes were not drilled correctly and I had to order several parts and tear down the grill to reinstall them. Other than that the grill cooks and looks great.

This is our second Performer grill. Love the improvements...full electric start, easier emptying ash bin, and heavier gauge grill surface with removable center for easier access to coals. Love the copper finish too. Purchased our first Performer in 2005, and finally had to replace it. 16 years of heavy use finally took its toll. When we bought our first one, I saw the propane tank and thought "cool...it cooks with propane or charcoal"...not understanding the propane was for starting the charcoal. Pleasantly surprised that a charcoal fire without lighter fluid consistently produces the best tasting meats...never need more seasoning beyond just salt and pepper...the smoky fire takes care of the rest. The Performer also doubles as a great smoker for ribs and pork butts...just use indirect heat, add a foil pan of water in the center, and you're good to go. Just an awesome, versatile grill.

Being winter ive only used it a couple times BUT withthat being said WOW what a nice appliance. This thing is easy to assemble and use. Come spring and summer this will be my primary cooking tool........CANT WAIT!!!!!!

The Performer Deluxe is much easier to use than I even hoped for. Cooking is even and the rotisserie makes the best chicken ever!

Overall this is a great product. I really enjoy the propane charcoal starter!! My only complaint is the grate. The center part falls out easily and it is difficult to insert because of the bolts inside of the grill. The flip up sides are nice to add additional charcoal, but they do not lay flat when trying to close.

Grill was easy to assemble and is high quality I own several webers and am always happy with them, it is more heavy duty than my red kettle special addition, there are a few things I would change on the grill though like offsetting the thermometer and vent. I would put shelving where the charcoal bin is and no one uses a timer any more I would make it a meat thermomerter like Igrill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
