Touch and go is way more convenient then I thought. Looking forward to using the gbs wok. 20 years out of my last 2 Weber grills. Customer service is the best. Took care of my problem ( my fault) immediately. I like the old lid hanger myself. This one keeps the lid to high and blocks a portion of the magic.

My old "Performer" was 26 years old so this was a replacement in kind. The frame is much more sturdy and I thought I would miss the compartment / charcoal bin on the old grill, the larger prep surface was a nice surprise. Love the propane charcoal starter. It lit my chimney full of charcoal in less than a minute. What I don't love is the removable center insert and that will take some getting used to cooking with it. Overall five stars for this champion of charcoal grills.

I love this grill. I had the same model years ago when the table was a hard plastic. I love the metal table. I was trying to think of suggestions for improvement but I got nothing. It's great.

It takes a while for the charcoal to be lighted and turn gray for cooking but this grill cooks some good ribs. I like the ash removal system a little messy but still good

Great grill. Easy to assemble with good instructions. Love the ignition system. The only drawback is I am not used to cooking on a grill this nice.

I bought this just over a month ago and everything is great, except that they put plastic on the cover dampener and it promptly melted and stuck to the lid. Seems like they'd know better than to put plastic on top of a fire. Otherwise a great product. First time I used it, it melted and put a damper on my enthusiasm.

Love everything about this grill. Kept my old Weber gas grill, but added this because everything tastes better over charcoal. Use the chimney and Weber fire starters and coals are ready in a few minutes.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
