It doesn't get better than classical charcoal grilling and Weber does it best. The Performer Deluxe is best in its class and unmatched in performance. I cook with it several times a week and it is a joy to use each time.

There are no directions for the propane tank and the hubcap fell off already. They place where the clock is falls off all the time. I may go back to my portable kitchen.

Ok - having used it only few times now I already can see the taste difference between my old gas grill and this one. I am still getting used to and learning this charcoal grill. Little patience is the key - let the charcoal burn first. (I use wood coal). I love the fact that starting the grill - getting charcoal ready is touch of a button - without any starter liquid etc. Cleaning is awesome too. Love moving the grill around- big wheels are great. I would suggest some enhancements for the future versions. 1) increase the size of charcoal trays a bit so that more surface area is covered. 2) Two small metal bars (could be attachments) to hold the long skewers in place for seek kabobs. 3) Bottom metal mesh could be a solid thin tray. Thanks for a great product. Would recommend it for sure.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
