This thing is awesome, we just love it. The big table, the charcoal starter, the ash pot and the air adjustments are so helpful and easy to use. The count down timer is useful for us, because we like to smoke our food in a stand alone smoker for 45 min. before we cook it, not that useful for the Weber though. A little pricey but when you use it a couple of times you will say it is worth every penny.

This was the best bday gift I ever bought myself. I had a 22" kettle that served me very well, but wanted to upgrade. Worth every penny. Easy to setup and install. The table is incredibly solid construction, and also comes in handy when I'm using my 22" WSM. The air vents and cleaning system are nice. I got the slate blue color that's only available at Crate & Barrel, so she is as pretty as she is efficient.

Love the grill! Assembled it myself and had one frustration with the nuts for the lid handle — could NOT get them on. But otherwise excellent with the auto starter.

The grill arrived without instructions and with a damaged kettle. Part of the kettle damage was in shipping, the balance was due to poor manufacturing. I was sent a replacement kettle base, which had the same manufacturing defect but at least arrived without shipping damage. I have yet to receive the assembly instruction or warranty info, three weeks after requesting them. While the folks in customer service are very nice, the supply chain has real problems.

We have had the Weber Grill for over 25 years. The older model was still working okay but we decided a repalcement would be worth it.

Do not like the center removable circle. More of a problem than convenience. Falls out too often when moving grill.

My wife surprised me with this. It replaces a similar style from Weber I bought about 22 years ago. I took good care of it but it slowly fell apart despite duct tape and gorrila glue! This new one is lighter, has better wheels and rolls easier. She included the chicken roaster pan which sits in the middle of the grill with removable center piece. I also like the quick start propane attachment but am disappointed that there is no place to hang the 2 gallon propane tank I recovered from the old grill. I have to set it on the ground. I am looking forward to a summer of grilling, smoking and slow roasting.

Great grill wish it had more hooks for tools or storage draw. Second the lit temperature gauge is needs to read higher temperature is is easy to max out the gauge with a pizza oven or vortex ring pegging a gauge effect it's accuracy.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
