Seems to use a lot of propane and tube gets clogged easily. It's difficult to clean it and the tool included doesn't fit in the tube. A bit disappointed.

The ash catcher sinks. Especially for probably older generation (over 40ish). Seriously, the sorry ash catcher doesn't fit probably. It's like trying to fit a circular object into a square. This is my 2nd Weber - expecting better. Come on guys. If you can't figure simple things I am concerned. How about just providing a metal can to catch the ashes? That would at least work. Got any suggestions to make up for this dumb as design?

After using your one-touch cleaning rod to push the ash toward the catcher, we recommend using the ash catcher handle to remove the bowl's bottom tray and squeezing the handle you place it back into place. For some reason my cylinder tank will not screw into the fuel cylinder. I have tried the suggested size 14.1 or 16.4 to no avail. I've spoken to your reps with no answer whatsoever in assisting me with this problem. It appears I may have to purchase an adapter then buy the tank in order for it to operate. It's a shame I have to purchase an additional part just for it to operate properly. I've even ordered from the website and wouldn't you know it, two companies have sent me the wrong tank. They keep sending me tanks for a torch light. At this point I want to sell it and buy a plain charcoal grill.

I'm so glad that I decided to go back to charcoal from gas. This grill is amazing and one I hope to enjoy for years to come. The table and quick light for the coals are a great benefit to grilling. I highly recommend!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
