Burgers, steaks, salmon, dogs. This grille can do it all and smoke, too. The attached table is what everyone needs with a grille and the premium extras are great. One touch ash removal, lid hanger, charcoal bin, the grate and the charcoal lighter are all icing on the cake.

Coals take more time to fully ignite than I expected. The lower draft shut off doesn't seal well enough to shut down the burning coals. Often they will continue to burn for more than an hour. Overall I'm satisfied but will continue to experiment with the burn.

The performer deluxe is by far the best charcoal grill out there. With the automatic light system you'll never need lighter fluid again. This grill replaces my original performer deluxe that was over 20 years old and was ready to retire. I'm looking forward to another 20 plus years of trouble free grilling.

Easy assembly, dependable Weber design with some improvements. My charcoal bin melted but customer service is sending me a new one. Propane starting is awesome.

Charcoal grill does an excellent job distributing the heat and cooking the food evenly. The ash catcher makes for a simple clean-up.

Love the grill so far. I like the gas grill starter, temperature gauge, ash catcher and the prep counter. The grates are heavy duty. It took awhile to set it up though.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
