Best way to light charcoal (propane burner for lighting). I love this grill. No lighter fluid taste. Fast starting. Good storage. Easy to move. I live in the upper midwest and am on my second Performer because my first one got smushed while moving. High quality. Replaceable parts if needed. Good customer service.

I am so pleased with this purchase. Great grill. My kids have been using it, and they enjoy its features. Too bad it's summertime here in Arizona! The grill will be well-used as soon as it begins to cool. The easy of use and the additional shelf space make this enjoyable to use.

I use this for everything from grilling steaks to smoking pork butts. I love how versatile it is. It is also significantly more stable than the 3-legged kettles. Very happy.

The Performer Grill meets all my expectations. The side table is large enough for my needs, and is easy to clean , made of heavy gauge steel that will last a long time. Having four wheels is better that three ( if you were to just get the 22" kettle). This makes the whole thing sturdier and easier to move around. Also the added charcoal bin is very convenient. I do not pour directly into the bin but place in the bag of briquettes so I can pull out the bag and pour easily into the grill. The lower shelf is also a big plus . This is where I put my chimney and hopefully my next grill accessory. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and recommend buying this over the stand alone 22" grill.

If your looking for a charcoal grill, this is it. Really easy to put together. Has large surface area to prep, put plates, beer, etc. love the charcoal holder and the little gas lighter to get you coals lit. It's awesome!!!

i had to reach out to customer service three different times to get all the parts for my grill (arrived with mismatched or missing parts). I'm pretty sure I rec'd a defective or returned grill because there were too many things wrong with it. The first time, I was hosting a BBQ too and had to scramble to find a backup plan last minute. Really disappointing how this turned out for me.

Absolutely the most convenient and best kettle charcoal grill I've ever owned. And the whole debate over having a gas igniter system on a charcoal grill should be over the first time you use it. I pile the broken up lump into a stainless cone, hit the igniter, get everything ready over the next 15-20 minutes depending on how deep the charcoal is piled up, add the cooking grates for a 5 minute warm up, and then this thing is ready to roll. Great amount of indirect cooking area once the cone is shifted to the center, plus you still have a large sized area above the coals for any direct cooking or quick charring. The work surface is something I couldn't do without and is great for all your BBQ layout. The tip out charcoal bin is super convenient to keep filled with lump or briquettes with a set of grill gloves on the top. Just tip out the bin and all your charcoal fuel is right there in easy reach to get the fire on quickly. The ash collection system is super easy to use and allows for quick cleanup in just a few minutes. This grill is well built, rolls around the patio with ease, and the bottom shelf is perfect to keep all your accessories like your chimneys, grill mats, and briquette holders in easy reach. If you're on the fence just get this grill. It's worth the money and you won't be disappointed! Plus it's satisfying knowing it's made in the USA!

This is my third Performer Deluxe Grill. I keep a cover on it all the time and get about 5 years out of one before it just rusts away. I love the convenience of the gas start. Instead of propane cans I use an adapter hose and use a large tank that sins on the ground next to the grill. Lasts so long I forget when I last changed it. My only quibble is that Weber went from wire indirect heat charcoal baskets to sheet metal several years ago. I'm still using the wire ones from the original grill and I doubt they will ever fail. The ignition gas regulator failed after I had had this grill about 1 1/2 years. I called Weber and they sent me out a warranty replacement immediately. Love the service!

Haven't cooked with charcoal in a long time. Decided to go back to it and found this grill. Pleased the way it cooks and easy to use.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
