For such an expensive grill and a company that has been making them for so many years it upsets me that a hole was drilled incorrectly and i had to leave off the plastic piece designed to hold the lid in place. I contacted support and they proposed sending me a new bowl. That is a nice gesture but i can't imagine disconnecting all the pieces that were secured to the bottom - many of which snap in place so tightly they would either break or cause such integrity problems the problem would get worse. I asked for the thin metal piece that supports the lid in the holder since removing the bolts caused the connection to not be so tight - and easier because the bolt quality is not enough to loosen/tighten it more than a few times without it being stripped.

The only issue was we needed to call and get a new starter that triggered the propane canister. But the customer service person was fantastic and we received it in 24 hours! Who does this anymore?

Best charcoal grill that I've ever owned! Eazy to operate and a cinch to clean. Heats up fast and hot. 4 wheels make it easier to move and store than most other grills. Most of all, food cooked on it tastes great! A real winner!

I have purchased 4 Weber performer grills since 1990 . I purchased this new grill to replace a grill that I purchased in 2014 because the bowl rusted through. The new " Deluxe " grill is a poor version of the previous grills . Thinner steel , cheap ash catcher hard to believe it is a Weber product . I purchased it assembled and delivered. I was not home when it was delivered. My wife accepted it and prepared dinner that night using the grill . Had I been home , I would have refused delivery and purchased something else . What has happened to you Weber . You used to produce such a superior product . Now I am stuck with the new version of a grill I have bragged about for 30-years

Love the propane starter for the charcoals. I have a gas grill and not used to cooking with charcoal. Heated evenly and liked the ease of having the lid holder and extra prep space for the sheet pans and sauce bowls.

Worth every penny!! I bought my mom this grill for her birthday and she loved it so much she thanked me every time she used it. I ended up buying one for myself and I used it 3 days in a row. Best charcoal grill money can buy

Great Cooker. This is one of the most versatile cookers in the market. It can easily handle low and slow cooks like pork shoulder or brisket, hybrid cooks like thick cuts of steak or chops or just plain grilling hot dogs or burgers. Well built with long lasting materials and easy to clean. Reasonable priced. Definitely would recommend this product.

This is my second performer deluxe grill. First one lasted me 8 years in the Florida sun and rain with no cover. This new one has many improved parts. Very happy! if you're thinking about buying one just do it you will not regret it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
