The product is a ten + meaning it is what I expected and then some. This is my 2nd performer grill and 3rd weber grill, the 1st performer grill was destroyed in a hail storm. I love the improved features, the handle with the heat guard, the improved ignitor, the ease of detaching the ash catcher and of course the table top is metal versus the old composite plastic table top. What I did not expect was the delivey options. The freight company Weber chose was inappropriate for our area and took 3 almost weeks to arrive

This replaced my previous Webber charcoal grill with gas ignition that I had for about 20 years. Great grill so far, but who thought a grill grate center that falls on my foot was a good idea? A standard 1 piece grate w/ purchase would have been appreciated since I probably will not utilize the wok or other extras that require a removable center piece that cannot be secured so I can easily/safely lean it against the grill table leg when I add charcoal. A small detail but very annoying given the grill overall is a very good product and easy to assemble. Thanks.

It's great. My last one lasted about 15 years and I keep it outside in the weather. On this one, the ash collector doesn't fill up with water when it rains like my old one did.

This is a great unit and nice upgrade above the premium kettle. The shelf is sturdy and fantastic for setting up the cook or holding meat to prep. The on board igniter is a game changer and works excellent. The only thing I don't not like and will change soon is the grill grates "gourmet BBQ system". I don't not like the removable center rack. When I lift the rack to clean the center part wants to fall out. Also, there is a Cutout on the back side of frame to hang the grate while you're cleaning. This is obviously worthless if the grate does not stay in place. I wish Weber would give you the option of a standard grate. All the video reviews I watched online, no body used the bbq system.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
