I bought this for my apartment since I can't have gas. I prefer gas but this one does OK. I would like the temperature to sear a little better but it does the job.

Once this grill warms its as good as it gets. Very solid cooking ! Cooks like a gas grill. Takes 20 minutes to fully heat up but worth it.

Another high quality item from Weber. I've recently moved into an apartment with a deck and any open flame bbqs are not allowed. Electric grills are though and this grill is perfect for my needs. Heats fast and cooks just like a gas grill.

I bought the Weber electric grill and it was an awesome product! Great cooking, great, temperature control, etc. However, I did run into a problem with the control unit and contacted Weber through their online process. They were amazing through the whole process of helping me with the problem! Incredible follow up almost daily, and very reactive, with technical understanding, patients and immediate turnaround. I would highly recommend Weber for any of your needs. All of my products in my houses are Weber, and this confirms my decision on this product purchase as well.

I love the grill. This is my 2nd Q2400 electric grill; as we moved cross country and left 1st behind. My only comment is that cleaning the inside lid and removable bottom pan is very difficult. I began covering the bottom pan with aluminum foil which makes cleanup much easier! In fact, I suggest an accessory might be a disposable, aluminum tray that fits over the bottom pan. BTW, I found no difference in performance by doing so.

I have been very disappointed with this grill. Moved to an apartment so had to switch from gas. UGH! This doesn't stay hot enough to sear a steak. Let it heat up for 20-25 minutes and it did get to 550 degrees. Put the meat on (of course, you have to open the top and the heat escapes). It sizzles nicely and then the temperature drops to 375. Now, the steak is Roasting instead of Searing.

I was very surprised by the taste of foods grilled on my new Weber Electric Grill. I have had two Kamados in the past 50 years, never used an electric griile. The Weber was a surprise. What a charm

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
