I have only had it for a month, but so far so good. It is 50 percent more grilling space than my last electric grill, which I had for 18 years. Now I can cook a pizza on the grill again.

Wanted a grill for my condo porch and the rules required it to be electric. Have had Webers in the past and preferred them over all other brands. The Q2400 was not easy to find but when I did I acted immediately. The price was fine. Have used the grill several times and I'm very happy with the results. I do miss the smokey flavor of a charcoal grill but all-in-all it's the small price I have to pay for a grill on my porch.

Our condo association banned gas bbq's on decks so we had to give away our Webber gas bbq. After a lot of research I purchased the Webber Q 2400 Electric grill. It is well built, heats up really well and cooks as well as our old Webber gas bbq. Very happy with it.

We love cooking on our gas grill at home, but we're are unable to have a gas grill at our condo. After looking at several brands, we purchased one from another popular manufacturer that was highly rated. Was a disappointment! Did not retain the heat at all after opening to turn the food over, left no grill marks and took forever to cook the food! I did more research and then purchased the Weber Q2400. What a huge difference! The Weber maintained high temperature after opening the grill several times during cooking, the steaks were moist and juicy, they cooked quickly and we had fantastic grill marks! If you are in the market for an electric grill, I highly recommend getting the Weber. Don't waste your time with any other brand.

Cooks steaks EXACTLY like my old propane Weber Q 220. Only missing the fold out side tables, but everything else is very familiar.

Asked by New Griller | Answered by stuandsallyYour suggestion of a garage makes perfect sense if the door is open and the grill is near the opening because it does make smoke when used. The more �fat� in what�s being cooked, the more smoke. STRONGLY suggest, if using on an extension cord, it be at least 12 guage with a 20 amp fuse. Hope this helps.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
