This compact but mighty electric grill is cleverly engineered and thoughtfully designed to deliver the smoky favor you'd expect from bigger conventional grills. Living in a condo, only electric grills are permitted. This was the perfect solution for our balcony.

This was a gift for my daughter, so the box with my my grill went inside my garage. I went to review the process for getting the damaged part replaced & saw 'NO COVERAGE AFTER 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY". I've purchased about $5k in BBQ grills, etc in the last 6 months. This is my last purchase. Buyer beware with these guys.

That's right !! At first my spouse was very reluctant and extremely hesitant to eat anything from an electric "grill". "It's just not the same" she used to always say, not anymore !! I did agree with her at first that it's not the same as open flame bbqing. But, after a few uses the grease buildup and sizzling added so much more "natural" BBQ flavor to every meal !! We both just love it so much and it's very convenient to have a BBQ that is always ready when you are !! I was super hesitant at first about even cleaning the BBQ before storing it for the winter thinking it was going to be a pain. But Napoleon ®️ thought about that as well. The element and grill plates were really easy to remove and clean. Then I just oiled and re seasoned before storing for the winter. Now it's ready for spring !!

Love our Napoleon portable grill. Every year we use to get a new portable grill. They were cheap and it showed. We do a lot if outdoor activities in the summer and spending a little more on the grill made a world of difference! Gourmet all the way while camping, beach or lake days, tailgate soccer & baseball! Now we are shopping for a natural gas bbq for home! Think its gotta be Napoleon!!

I bought this bbq 3 month ago in remplacement of a wxxxx and it's day and night ! The quality is very great and the elements so strong. The heat is fast and the cleaning process so easy in comparison with other brands. If you add warranty I'm proud to say it's the best e-bbq I ever owned !!!

The temperature never reaches 350 degrees. Not strong enough element. I do not recommend this electric BBQ

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
