I recently sold a home where I had had a gas Weber Q 200 for almost 20 years and it was the best. I coudn't have it at the retirement community apartment where I moved so I gave it to my older sister to use instead of charcoal. I bought an identical electric Weber Q 2400 and absolutly love it. It grills and chars just like my old one but with no flame and everyone's happy!

The grill is fabulous. The controller died shortly (3rd use) but I must commend the Weber people. When the grill died, I immediately contacted Weber and their response was outstanding. They were great to work with and immediately sent me the replacement parts. I gave the temperature control a 3 because it died so soon but when it worked, it was great.

Quality is not what I expected. Disappointing for Weber. Lid liner was slightly warped and made a loud clunking noise when heated and the lid was opening or closing. Burner element not level. Drip tray was bent.

Very practical electric grill, fast cooking. The only thing I lament is that there is no side table attachment available where to place utensils, and/or the products to cook. light enough to carry, but strong at the same time.

Simple to assemble as everything fit perfectly. Cleaning the grill is simple. Cooking appears to be very even on the surface.

I previously had another brand of electric grill for 2 1/2 years that did a pretty good job, but I had to replace the element and grates at the 2yr mark and then it died 1/2 year later. After extensive researching I purchased my Weber Q2400. I've only had my Weber Q2400 for one month, but so far it has exceeded my expectations. I live in Florida and grill outside a lot and this grill has done a beautiful job with everything including chicken wings, steaks, a whole beef tenderloin, and a rack of baby back ribs. I bought a portable grill cart with wheels that it locks onto so I can move it around easily. So far, I am thrilled with my new Weber Q2400!

Weber makes a very 'user friendly' electric grill. This is the first electric grill I have ever owned. It is new so it has only been used once, yet I plugged it in, let it heat up for 20 minutes (per the instructions), cooked some salmon and it was perfect. No mess, no fuss! No propane tank to lug around or turn on/off, no concerns of gas fires. I love it! And the salmon cooked perfectly. Thanks Weber!

We have the Weber 3 burner propane grill on our patio however, we only use it when we have a larger gathering. So we decided to purchase the Weber 1 burner electric grill (w/ rolling cart & grill cover) for our deck, as we don't want a gas grill too close to the house. We've used the electric grill about 10 times so far, and everything from fish, burgers, lamb chops, veggies, and more came out fantastic with very good flavor. The grill is also easy to clean, and with the small footprint, it easy to store. Hoping it will hold up for many years.

I was concerned that we were not going to find a good electric replacement for our gas grille. This grille is great, reaches searing temperatures, and very happy with cooking results. It's a top pick for an electric grill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
