the grill works surprisingly well altho iam accustomed to a gas grill. Cleaning is more of an issue than propane which I usually heated to clean. I find this much more complex and do not like the inner unit, which is involved to keep clean

This grill was put into storage after my father-in-law died, it was about 16 months old at the time. I took it out of storage (after the grill was just over two years old- now out of warranty) and went to use it- seems like either the element or controller failed. This unit was barely used by my father-in-law.

This electric grill met and exceeded expectations. It's perfect for dwellings that prohibit propane grills. Grills foods nicely and it is easy to maintain the unit. Highly recommend!

I purchased the Q2400 as a replacement for my older propane BBQ as we moved into a condominium and only electric BBQs are permitted. I wasn't sure if I'd be happy with the cooking results as my propane BBQ heated up to a fairly high temperature. Well I have cooked number on meals on my new Weber Q2400 and they have turned out perfect!!!! So if you're looking for a quality electric BBQ, spend the money and buy the Weber Q2400 !

Overall the grill worked well with Salmon, burgers, and kebabs. Even heating, and no flareups from oil moving through the pan. W'ere cleaning it after every use, and I'm able to bring it in when we are not using it. Wish it had a thermometer though, got used to that on my propane weber

I was pleasantly surprised at how much an electric grill could make the food taste like my previous propane bbq. I didn't have to check for propane nor move that heavy tank around. Just plug it in an start cooking.

This is the second grill like this that I have owned, I had the first one for 7 years and the only reason I got another one is that the old one blew over on my terrace in a storm and cracked. I use the grill 12 months a year and love it

I purchased this new Weber and have yet been able to use it. It came with a dysfunction in starting (continues to trip all my power outlets). I was sent a new piece and still doesn't work. I now have to call back. Shouldn't have to spend multiple days on the phone/trouble shooting/replacing the parts on a brand new item. $$$ spent on a Weber

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
