Only had the grill for a month... so far I'm very impressed with the grilling results for an electric. The three negatives... the power cord is too short, the temp dial does not have a low, med, high indicator, and most of all the grill does not have a temperature gauge.

The Q2400 works great! I've used it 4 times & cooked filets, t-bones, chicken and andouille sausages. It is easy to clean & has a smaller "footprint" for my patio area making it easier to store. I also got the Q Series wheeled cart for the grill , but I find the cart a bit "wobbly". And I also got the iGrill hub (4 prongs) to better regulate the temperature/cooking since there is not one built into the grill like the propane versions.

Very good quality grill. Electric will never be the same as a gas/charcoal grill but this does a nice job overall.

This is my second Weber q2400. I love it a lot. My newest one was making a clicking noise with the heat shield catching whenever it was closed. I called and the sent me a new lid withing a few days. It doesn't make that horrible sound anymore. Thanks!

Without a visible gauge, it,s hard to regulate the cooking temperature! a person has to constantly check the grill to make sure that the meat is not burning or not not hot enough. A simple thermometer in the top of the cover, like on your smokers, would be an ideal addition to this unit! Otherwise, the grill is a good unit !

Best purchase I've made in a long time , this grille is for my condo balcony , it cools everything just like a gas or very close to charcoal grilles and you can turn it off after like gas , big surface fits a ton of food heats up faster then the recommend 20min but you can wait also , perfect heating all around it's my favorite purchase yet , ofcarse it's great it's a Weber .

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
