Great Electric Grill. No more charcoal or propane to purchase. I'm very surprised how well this cooks. I've only grilled steaks so far but they came out tender and delicious. They even have grill marks. Can't wait to grill some vegies. I would recommend this to any small family. I only wish it had temperature settings or maybe a thermometer built in.

We love this little grill. Gave it 4 out of 5 based on our experience with last grill that only maintained it's heat for 2 years and needed replacement. Looking forward to a little longer run with this one!! Great choice for our apartment balcony.
I have used charcoal and gas grills in the past and Weber® Q 2400 Electric Grill produces the same results. It is an amazing grill, easy to use and no mess.
I is clearly not a gas grille. That being said, it is wonderful in an environment where gas grilles are forbidden.
I needed an electric grill due to condo rules and started my research. One of the first things that attracted me to this grill was the large grilling space for an electric grill, compared to the competition. And I liked the high cover to allow for cooking larger items. So I ordered the grill, the matching cart, and a grill cover that fits perfectly over the grill and cart and ties together with Velcro ties. Once it arrived, the instructions were clear cut and I had no problem with the final assembly of the grill. The little pan for capturing the grease is a nice innovation, which I didn't have with my gas grill. And the ability to use a plastic putty knife for a quick cleaning of the base of the grill, scraping everything into the little pan, is a really nice feature. Overall a well, designed, very practical product.

Extremely well built, durable, and portable. The folding stand makes the grill easy to transport. The temperature, while not as high as gas grills, does reach a respectable degree.

I am not allowed to have a gas grill in a condo so I bought the Weber Q2400 based on the ratings. It works better than anticipated. The temperature control is great although you have to figure out where it works best depending on the food you're cooking. It gets hot enough to sear food and can cook food low and slow. The enameled cast iron grates work great and are easy to clean. The size of the cook area has allowed me to grill meals for six with a little room to spare. Overall it does everything I want and does it well. I'm telling all my friends about it.

We live in a condo so our only option is an electric grill. I purchased the Q2400 to replace a different electric one. The Q2400 is more versatile and grills faster.

It works great! Puts nice grill marks on the meat. 4 stars instead of 5 - I had to get an oven thermometer to sit on the grate. Weber should put a thermometer in the cover.

This is the second Q2400 electric grill I have purchased. The first is still working fine at our condo in St. Pete. The grills cook nicely, and put out very little smoke if the cover is kept closed per what you are cooking. These grills meet most condo rules and regulations in that they are flameless.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
