When did the EPX-335 come out?
The latest line of GENESIS grills was released early in 2022.
Can you convert the EPX-335 from propane to natural gas?
No, but fortunately Weber offers a version of the EPX-335 for natural gas.
Does the GENESIS line replace the old Genesis II grills?
It does! The Genesis II grills have all been discontinued, and have been replaced by the current line of GENESIS grills.

Reposting this review, as Weber removed our original review. The grill that was sent to us was faulty and would not ignite. Weber refused to send a replacement and made the process unreasonably challenging. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

I got hooked on Weber decades ago in the 80's. This is the 4th one I've bought. The Sear Zone is amazing! I love very rare steaks and my past Webers did a good job searing the steak and keeping it rare. But the new Sear Zone blows my past Webers out of the water! Fast, super hot, it does a fabulous job for that hard to achieve perfect sear wrapped around a very rare steak. I've done both Rib-Eyes and Strip and both were perfect. I can tell this Weber will be my favorite so far. I can hardly wait to keep trying new cuts of meats on it.

This grill is everything I expected it to be! I researched for months before deciding on this grill. I love cooking on it! There is zero flame up and steaks are perfectly seared! I LOVE IT!

We had a Weber for 18 years and decided to upgrade. The assembly was relatively easy. We love the searing feature, it's a game changer. The heat is very even, we are totally satisfied!

Brought our new Weber to replace our old Weber after many cooks across many years. It is as good and even more flexible with the addition of a flat top and sear grill accessories. Hope to enjoy many cookouts with it.

I've had this grill now for going on seven years and it looks like it's still brand new at one point the igniters stopped working after many years. They called customer service. They were fantastic. Shipped me out a brand new igniter with instructions and installed it. This will probably last 10 years at least, highly recommended

I love my new Weber grill. I wanted a sear burner, a griddle and baking stone so this was what I decided to buy. I know Weber makes great grills, but I did research before buying. I had a Holland for 19.5 years, so this is a big step up into the new world of grills. I have used it so much in the short time I have owned it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
