Can you convert the EX-335 from propane to natural gas?
No, but fortunately Weber offers a version of the EX-335 for natural gas.

Was expecting better out of the box performance from a Weber. Cons: Burgers cook unevenly. Two of the heaters are difficult to light. Grates already rusting Pros: Gets very hot Seems well built Love the propane gauge. Hope it's accurate

This is my first Weber grill. Somehow everything tastes better! Lol. But honestly, coming from a non-Weber 15 year old gas grill to my new Genesis is a whole new world. And trust me, the extra for the Sear Station is worth it!!!

Very nice grill but needs improvements like lighting if the starter good out. I.holes to manually ignite. and wheels. The burners - each time you want to light any of them you need to hit the ignite button. This is dumb. Older versions once one burner what light the other would start once turned on. Also there are no holes to manually ignite the burners if the starter fails. This is stupid. My last grill the starter failed within years and after replacement just went to lighting manually. Lastly the wheels stink. They leave ack marks on my grey pavers every time I pull it out to grill. I tried to clean the pavers and wheels but still happens. It's ugly and annoying on a 85k patio Otherwise a very nice grill

This is my third Weber grill and it has lived up to the great tradition of quality and performance that I have come to expect from a Weber. This is my first natural gas grill. I was originally a little concerned that the Natural gas grill wouldn't be as hot as the propane. My fear was allayed when I heated it up the first time with all three burners and the sear burner and it reached 700 degrees. As far as the design and features, on the plus side are the stainless steel flavor bars which should last longer, redesigned gas diffusers which makes for more even heat distribution and larger side shelves which offers greater convenience for plates etc. a few minor items appear to be a bit cheaper like the gas knobs and wheel, wheel locks. I fully expect to get many years of service from this grill due to readily availability of replacement parts.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
