How big is the Genesis EX-325s?
The Weber EX-325s is 62-in wide, 27-in deep, 48.5-in high, and it weighs 188 lbs. The main cooking grate measures 27 x 19 inches, for 513 square inches. The secondary grilling area adds 274 square inches.
When did the EX-325s come out?
The latest line of GENESIS grills were released early in 2022.
Can you convert the EX-325s from propane to natural gas?
No, but fortunately Weber offers a version of the EX-325s in natural gas.
Does the GENESIS line replace the old Genesis II grills?
It does! The Genesis II grills have all been discontinued, and have been replaced by the current line of GENESIS grills.

The grill is great. However, the warming rack began to rust after only 1 year. It was unusable after just 2 years. Weber support was as great as the grill. With just the serial number, they registered the grill, informed me of the warranty and sent me a new warming rack. This is my second Weber grill only because the purchaser of my last house wanted my first grill included with the sale of the house.

Love this Weber Grill! It's easy to use, looks great, and is BIG enough to grill for a crowd! Also, the wheels make it simple to store when not in use!

Beware , the Cooking grates rapidly rust out and Weber doesn't have replacement parts available, nor do they have an ETA of when it will be back in stock . Even though it's a known manufacturing defect . I will never buy another Weber product again.

I love my grill but the last time I used it to cook steaks it caught on fire and I mean 3ft flames. I had to put a fire blanket on the flames and finally the flames went out. Really scared me.

The grill itself is very good quality. It ignites on the first try all the time and the flame burns evenly. Unfortunately after using it a modest number of times the regulator valve leaked and I was unable to use it. Furthermore, when going to order a new one it was out of stock and I was told it wouldn't be available for appointment 4-5 weeks. After voicing my displeasure, a few days later I received a call back saying they found a valve that would fit for me.

This grill is well made with sturdy materials. It was easy to put together. It cooks evenly. We tried a flattop grill & my husband hated cooking on it, so we bought this grill instead & he's happily grilling again.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
