The Weber EX-325s is 62-in wide, 27-in deep, 48.5-in high, and it weighs 188 lbs. The main cooking grate measures 27 x 19 inches, for 513 square inches. The secondary grilling area adds 274 square inches.
When did the EX-325s come out?
The latest line of GENESIS grills were released early in 2022.
Can you convert the EX-325s from propane to natural gas?
No, but fortunately Weber offers a version of the EX-325s in natural gas.
Does the GENESIS line replace the old Genesis II grills?
It does! The Genesis II grills have all been discontinued, and have been replaced by the current line of GENESIS grills.

my starter is not funtioning properly.battery is full,clicking but does not light the first burner.i increase the secound burner and with a few tries or manual lighting im sucessful with a big pop from the grill. no sucessful starts with one burner.after the first gets started, the other two do light with the auto starter. help me.what am i doing wrong.. Just purchased this grill to replace a similar model we bought over 16 years ago, which we loved. Improvements have been made to the ignitor and to the overall design which helps heat the grill more evenly. We just "broke it in" at a backyard party and utilized the entire cooking space multiple times over - this grill performed flawlessly - no flare ups to put out! Highly recommend!

Tuff & reliable grill. I love the durability and would certainly purchase another next time. Even the starter continues to perform perfectly while past models barely lasted a year. I did the natural gas version to eliminate the need for tanks which makes for even easier use.

The grill is fantastic, well built, and I love the natural gas option. The only drawback is the gas regulator isn't included with the purchase of your grill. Makes no sense and a 7 inch w.c. was hard to find and not even offered by weber. A pressure regulator is included on the propane grills why not the natural gas.

The new Weber SX feels like the gas grill, reinvented. I had a Weber Genesis enamel grill before and this one is so much better - ignitors for every burner, stainless steel grid, new burners that distribute heat more evenly, and the attached meat thermometer that tells you in real time when the chicken/steak/chop is at perfect temperature. Well worth the extra money.

Grill operates as well or better than expected, however all four caster inserts have broken. I contacted Weber for guarantee replacement of the inserts, but only two were sent to me. I now have two broken caster inserts and two new caster inserts. Service was and is disappointing.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
