Introducing the newly designed GENESIS E-325s grill that allows you to prep, sear, and serve everything outside, where the party is. The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. Once the food is ready, easily transfer it to the large prep & serve table, making for a seamless prep-to-serve grilling experience. The grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.

Upgraded Caster Wheels
Weber reimagined everything for the new GENESIS grills, all the way down to the wheels. They've been upgraded to metal, rubber tread casters, as opposed to the pair of plastic locking casters on Genesis II grills. The rubber tread guarantees smooth transport, sturdier materials improve longevity, and the push-down lock mechanism lets you secure your grill in place with minimal effort.

This grill feels solid, high quality and worth the cost. I just grilled 10 burgers and 2 packages of hot dogs and the entire grilling area was evenly heated. Last night I seared 2 rib eyes to perfection. (Maybe I eat too much meat, nah!) The lid feels heavy, but well-balanced. Highly recommend.

I can finally get a grill hot enough to sear a steak perfectly. Every thing I have cooked on this grill has been great. It is a very even cooking grill no hot or cold spots.

Your feedback is very important to us. We are very sorry to hear your grill stopped getting gas. We are here to help. It sounds like you may be activating a safety device built into the regulator. This safety device is a component of all LP gas regulators and is designed to reduce the flow of gas in the event of a leak. You can inadvertently activate the safety device without having a gas leak. Typically, this occurs if you do not wait a sufficient time between opening the tank valve and the burner control knobs or if one or more of the burner control knobs is in an open position when opening the LP tank valve. When the safety device has been activated the grill is referred to as being in “bypass”. Keep in mind that the safety device reacts to gas leaks. If a grill is in bypass, the gas connections and hose should be tested for leaks with a soap and water solution. If you do activate the gas regulator safety device, the grill may struggle to reach high temperatures or may not light at all, even with all burners on the START/HIGH setting. To ensure that you are not inadvertently activating the safety device as you turn on the grill, please use the following procedure: -Turn all burner control knobs to OFF, including the side burner control knob if present. - Visually confirm all burners are extinguished (no flame present) -Make sure the grill lid is open. Open the LP tank valve and then wait at least 60 seconds. This will allow the hose and regulator to pressurize. -Turn the appropriate burner control knob for your model grill to the START/HIGH position and then ignite the grill by pushing the ignition button. -Turn each of the other burner control knobs to high, one at a time, and press the igniter button (if applicable for your model). Repeat this process until all the burners have been lit. -Close the grill lid. -The grill should reach approximately 500 to 550 degrees in 10-15 minutes. When you are done grilling: -Turn all burner control knobs to the OFF position -Turn off the LP tank valve last. Our Care team is reaching out to follow up. Please look for our outreach soon. Excellent craftsmanship and appearance. I had a Summit for over 15 years (4 burner) so I'm getting accustomed to a little less heat and longer warm up time. Cooks very evenly, I've done some reverse sear, roast beef, lamb chops, oork chops- all turned out perfectly! Assembly was… interesting…but the BILT app really helped. I am looking forward to many years of grilling on my new Weber!

This is a magnificent grill! It heats up so fast! We love the sear feature. The collection container under the grill is huge and diverts the grease into the aluminum tray. The lid is very heavy duty. My only critique is the stainless steel side tables. They are VERY hard to keep clean!!!! I much preferred the composite material trays we had on our 18 yr old weber. They did not scratch and did not have to be "polished" with stainless steel cleaner after every use!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
