The Genesis 410 grill is working well as advertised. Heat levels have been consistent with no hot or cold spots. Cooking times in handbook are pretty good indicators of typical cooking times. I rely on my thermometer to test for doneness. I live in the northeast and use a grill year round. This is a fine product and I would recommend this grill to my friends. The price may be a bit high but the quality level is also high.

I have been very satisfied, impressed even, with my Genesis II E-410. I chose it based on a New York Times review from 2020 (It reviewed the 3-burner version). This 4-burner model gives me an incredible amount of grilling space. It heats very evenly and I can control the heat fairly precisely. The temperature gauge seems to be accurate based on recipe cooking times and expected done-ness (vice an independent temperature test). It has handled both meats and vegetables exceptionally well and gives a lot of grace. I actually love the open format at the bottom, giving me more true storage and easy access to tools. My favorite feature is the drip pan which is very easy to clean at the end of every use and very sturdy. I assembled it myself, and although I had to pre-lubricate some bolts, it all went together well. Use the paper assembly instructions and not the online service.

It's an excellent grill. Had a Weber spirit for 15 years. It was time for an upgrade. More burners, more space, more to grill! Looking forward to another 15+years with the Genesis II E-410. I recommend it to any one that grills a lot.

I love this grill; it heats up quickly, is easy to clean and the surface is large enough for me to cook our entire meal simultaneously using direct and indirect heat. Love it - use it most days!

Great grill. Don't bother buying one with a searing burner as this thing is plenty hot.

A real beauty, esp if you want the additional grilling space. Once it is switched on it heats up quickly and consistently. Would have given it 5 stars but found the regulator to bea bit fussy in that it rejects propane tanks with even small flaws. Probably a good thing from a safety perspective but inconvenient nonetheless (my previous Weber was less discerning)

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
