Well designed, well engineered, great packaging, easy to assemble, and great to grill on! Weber always lives up to and exceeds expectations, every time!
Great grill, well built, good price point and easy to use!
Great quality grill. This is our second Weber Grill -the first lasted us 15 years. We're looking forward to many cookouts with the new one.

This grill is approximatly two and a half years old and the cook box acually bowed out in the center causing the grate to almost fall into the flavor bar....I dont see how by nomral wear and tear could have caused something like this and I love how Weber states and raves about a ten year warranty. Well I contact Weber provided them with plenty of photos and im told " your our of warranty" got to love the way we are treated by our so called american companies!

Hello Mark, we are very sorry to hear about your cookbox! This is not the service or the quality we expect and we apologize! The good news is that your grill parts are backed by ten year warranty, including the cookbox. We can see that you have been in touch with us once again and we sent replacement cookbox for you. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with! We thank you for being part of the Weber Family!
It is a great grill !. Extra large grilling area. Has all of the Weber quality which I have experienced over the years. Assembles easily with the use of Bilt app and instuctions.
Slow to warm. Difficult to get up to 500 degree starting point. Otherwise a great grill. This one is replacing a Weber grill that was 17+ years old. Anticipate this grill to last that long also.
Finally upgraded from an old 3 burner to a brand new 4 burner. This grill cook great, nice and evenly. I bought this grill in the first week of June. The only issue I've been having is that I've had trouble with the far left burner not igniting with the rest.
This grill has ALL the features you love about outdoor grilling! What makes it the best is the ability to properly cook multiple items at one time. With four burners, you can slow cook ribs on one side and burgers on the other. I have four Weber grills so my satisfaction goes without saying. But I'll say it anyway...BUY THIS GRILL!!!!
The four burners gives the cook great versatility!
I had the 3 series for 16 years and it was amazing. I decided I wanted to upgrade to a 4 series which has been the worst mistake I have ever made. The grill takes forever to heat up, which makes cooking time so much longer, and you never get good grill marks on your steaks. I wish I could return it a go back to a 3 series. Also, even if there is gas left in the tank it will not turn on. I have wasted so much money on refills even when the tank isn't completely empty.

Hello! Thank you for being a longtime Weber fan! We are sorry to hear about the disappointment with your new purchase and the trouble with heating! A standard 20lb LP tank typically lasts 18 to 20 hours with regular usage on a mid-size gas model. Larger units may go through a full 20lb tank in as little as 10 -18 hours with regular usage. Having grills set to higher temperature settings will accelerate the consumption of fuel. Next time you use this grill, please allow your gas to pressurize by following the next steps. 1. Open the lid 2. Make sure all knobs are in the off position. 3. Fully disconnect your tank from the rubber hose and reconnect it. 4. Open your LP tank slowly fully open. 5. Wait one full minute-60 seconds. 6. Turn the first burner to start/high (first position to the left) 7. Hit your igniter 8. Turn on all remaining burners 9. Close the lid to preheat to 500-550°F for 15 minutes. If you continue to experience this issue, please reach our support team by phone or email. They will be glad to help. Thanks!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.

30-Day Returns
Return all new, unused, and unassembled items in their original packaging, and we'll give you a full refund minus the cost of the original AND return shipping.
No Restocking Fee
Most companies charge a restocking fee. We just don't do business that way.
